Him smiling in the elevator video really shows him being manipulative. He would wait until she was having a meltdown, caused by him, and then record it and threatened to show it to people to put her in a bad light. It’s sad too because if you listen to her, all she wants to do is get sober and retire from sex work. Unfortunately, it’s her contributions to sex work that caused her to be discriminated against. Truly. My favorite part about all of this is him gaslighting her into having a password on her phone that he knows otherwise she is cheating on him. Of course, with him knowing the password, he would steal her phone and send himself money. Large amount of money. I think this should be looked into further. Especially now with his parents suing her for money. That’s a joke. His future financial contributions to them? Sure he had done some cryptocurrency stuff at one point in time years ago. But he was unemployed! He had no money other than what he stole from her and sent to himself on Zelle or Venmo. It’s messed up! His family doesn’t deserve anything else furthermore, in my opinion, I don’t think that it’s right for anybody to try to steal or forcibly take money away from a sex worker that they earned with their body through sex acts. Its wrong. On so many levels. In every way. If his mom wants money, she can go out and suck somebody’s dick or make pornographic videos just like anybody else can or just like Courtney did. You can’t discriminate against somebody for being a sex worker and then at the same time try to ask them for money or sue them for money. It doesn’t work that way. Well it shouldn’t. This is an example of how it does work that way. Somebody that was attracted to the money and wouldn’t leave. Stalking her and sleeping in common space areas of her home after she had asked him to leave an apartment that he didn’t pay rent at. Gaslight and abuse you. And then it ends in a horrific violent fight. Choking and a stab wound. That unfortunately hit an artery. It’s unfortunate. But was he completely victim? Absolutely not. No way! His tweets, putting down African-American women and talking negative about their appearance and how they were made to shake their ass shows you exactly what type of person he was. Social medias go fund me for his family already got them close to 100 K. That was enough to bury him and do all of his funeral and medical stuff without them having to pay anything and some leftover. The suing of the sex worker afterwards when they were both involved in drugs, drugs, that he would give her and provide to her while everyone in her life knew that she was trying really hard to get clean and to get sober don’t paint him as innocent. It comes across as money grabbing. And it just puts his family in a bad light. They probably would’ve been better off just leaving that out of everything. But they got money, hungry, and wanted to slip that in at the end. It just makes them look desperate and puts them in a bad light

Great plan! Mandate property owners/mangers to incur the cost of security and hold them liable if they don't. And the ones that do hire security have now broadened their liability in that they are not only liable for what happens on their property, they are also liable for what these security guard employees do ie. saying the wrong thing, using to much or too little force, waiting for police who take hours. Why not start at the root cause and mandate judges and the criminal justice system to be liable for the repeat offenders (who are predominantly the ones committing these crimes at apartments and elsewhere) and let the people wronged sue them. Seems clear as day to me

I have never understood there to be any kind of measure like that implemented in a private pool, or even a residential one. If you don't know how to swim, I don't understand why you don't stay-away from the water. I really don't understand why there are people today who don't know how to swim, let alone people who would get in the water when they know that. I see cases of people drowning while willingly going in the water so consistently, and I just don't understand why they are... well, playing with water.
