I think the hooks was too far down on front of the wheelchair had they been hooked higher the wheelchair would have went in much smoother seems like the front tires were lifting

Sorry Richard but at the time of the video the wheelchair lift wasn’t operational & we sold the vehicle before we got chance to upload an updated video.
