Bosses Back in Whites

It may come as a surprise, but Bernie and Grady are not always confined to the office. In fact, sometimes you might find them in their whites and holding a paintbrush instead of a computer mouse. While it may seem like they are always hard at work in front of their screens or on the phone, don't be fooled! Bernie and Grady can also be found on a job site, painting walls and sprucing up a room f...
End of an Era Historic Mural Coverup
มุมมอง 5ปีที่แล้ว
In a solemn moment, the mural that has graced our walls for years was covered up today. The colorful and intricate artwork has been a beloved feature of the space, but it was time to bid it farewell. It marked the end of an era, as we prepare to embark on a new chapter. Although we will miss the mural, we are excited about what the future holds. As we move forward, we will always remember the b...
I think your latest video has been seup as a kids video, so it's not possible to comment on it. I was going to say it has an insanely long intro music 😅 but I'm glad I stuck it out to 2:30 👍 really useful info about rollers
What are you using to spread the stain out? Is it a sponge or just a cloth?
The stain is applied with a brush here, then wiped off with a rag to remove the excess and bring the wood grain back out.
The natural light brown look was better than the polished one
This particular builder has been doing exactly that lately. Just a clear coat on top. Very clean look.
I do like duration, works really well for vinyl siding which is a hard surface to adhere to. Other than that I will respectfully keep my comments to myself.
Good info to have.
Color?
This was a custom mix for the owner so I don't have a color name
I saw my dad!
Sounds like you just wasted time and materials spraying the whole thing. It doesn’t make any sense. You could have just cut and painted those by hand in half the time - PAINTERS PRIDE PAINTING.
It would take twice as long to do with a brush, would have built up in all the wrong places causing the windows to not operate properly, would not have a spray finish on these aluminum windows but crappy brush marks all over. Ridiculous to think you could brush these twice, faster, and make them look sprayed. Thanks though
Always hated all that unnecessary overhead work. Sand, stain, seal and pre-finish with all but the final coat of poly / varnish, etc. prior to installation. Your neck and shoulders will thank you!
Could not agree more. This builder insists on installing first and its just something we have to deal with.
Looks great! Sure could of helped his self by prepping before installation. What type of wood is this?
