Same identical machine you have it's a Perkins 4.154 4-cylinder new glow plugs but I honestly think that it has something to do with either the injectors or the injection enhance the reason why it's got so much smoke is because they're keeping one of the cylinders or maybe a couple of the cylinders the injectors are staying dumped open and that's why I'm getting all the white smoke and when it clears up it runs perfect

I have a question I have the same identical machine I've been having an issue with trying to get it started you got to use quite a bit of starting fluid it never used to be like that I wind up putting a head gasket on it and readjusting all the valves I didn't have the head looked at but it looked good from what I could see while I had it off I didn't have a doctor magnaflux or any of that but I'm going to do a compression check and I've been getting a lot of white smoke on and off and it seems it almost smells like it's unburnt fuel so to me either it's getting too much fuel somehow through the injection pump the injector somehow is stuck open and not shutting it is not regulating with the actual power down and power up of the gas pedal therefore hence would be pushing more fuel through the injector and I think it's just staying open in one of the cylinders now one thing that I did see is that when you start it up and you cracked the injectors towards the very beginning front where the fan is it seems like if you crack that one open while the rest are cracked open from what I remember just lightly it will stall the machine if you crack open the next residuals towards the back of the machine with that one shot it makes a difference in the sound and how it runs but it doesn't shut the machine off so I'm thinking going to have to test the injectors or if they're bad or ones bad put a new one and if it ain't them and it has to be within the injection pump if I got good compression and also what about fuel I had the gas cap off the machine for a few months and we had a lot of rain do you think there's a possibility that rain got into the fuel even though I had half a tank and I put rain dry in their do you think that it's not combustible enough that's why I'm not getting it to fire

What year is this unit? Did you repaint it?

I use this same tractor with the Hydrostsatic Drive to do snow removal in North Idaho and of course the base rock drive and yard stuff and dirt jumps during summer! But for snow and I haven’t even got a good snow bucket on it yet but man I can move snow like a mad man! You can get into way more spots than event a skid steer and you can actually move the snow not just push it but it will also run a 500 ft drive with full length pushes with a foot of snow with no problem! I absolutely love this unit and will try to get another if it ever dies! Gonna do a bigger snow bucket on it this year hopefully but it’s been running for weeks straight now with all the snow we’ve been getting! My opinion!
