dude, my advice for next time, u dont have to waste all of that time building a fleet against england, instead, u can ask for mil access to scotland and just put all of ur army in the island, ur subjects can deal with the sieges on the continent.

Oh my God, as England you are primed to do Colonialism hahaha. IDEALLY you want to take advantage of the Indonesia -> South Africa -> Ivory Coast -> English Channel Trade Route. It's literally the most valuable Trade Node in the entire game. That land aggression as England while ignoring trade hahaha.

I've been playing Ottomans myself now and the 2 things to keep in mind: 1. Early game, make sure to keep your Aggressive Expansion in the West Europe in check. (They don't care if you aggressively take lands in Muslim countries though, so go crazy in the East). This way Europe won't form coalition against you. 2. Find really strong nations in Europe to form a strong alliance with, such as France. This will make them second guess to declare war on you, because they might think they can't win against both France and you.
