Hello Den, thank you for watching and dropping your comment, I appreciate! Well people are always advised to wear helmets, but its not really mandatory, there are a lot of people who dont wear them and in most parts of the city, the traffic police wont do anything about it! I think people need to be educated more on the importance of a helmet, sometimes the driver might come to pick you up without a helmet for a passenger, as was my case, so its a bit of a problem, thank you.
