When requesting samples from these manufacturers, is there a minimum order quantity required for them to actually send the samples?
Nope. Typically you can just order 1 or 2 samples - or any quantity of samples you wish.

You cannot undo it . That's why you're asked to save the file before outlines are created.

This is certainly information that has become very valuable as I already have 200+ pre orders on my planner that are already on a boat to the US from China! Can you please tell me what I should do if my already printed planners are on their way to me without them saying "made in china"? I am currently looking for a lawyer to get my planners registered and my name trademarked. I did include a copyright page with everything besides "made in china," which they are
Congratulations! I'm impressed with your amount of pre orders. Way to go! If your planners do not have "Made in China" printed on them, the factory may have added stickers or a slip of paper that says "Made in China" to the inside of the front/back cover or on the packaging. If they didn't, your order may be held up in customs, or maybe not. Customs will sometimes do spot checks and your goods could slip through unnoticed. It's difficult to predict. Just make sure you add this info to your copyright page for the next printing.

Take a look at www.Alibaba.com or www.MadeInChina.com. There are tons of factories listed on those sites. Thank you for letting me find a workaround for exporting math equations from pdf to illustrator. Is it also possible to do such convertion from text to outlines when exporting to eps file in Adobe Acrobat Pro?
You can export the file to eps from Adobe Acrobat Pro, then open it in Illustrator and convert to outlines there.

Do you think that a planner like the ones Bluesky or At a glance sell would cost much less? (Laminated plastic cover, etc?)
Yes, a plastic laminated cover would likely cost less because those materials are less expensive.
This is good advice. But what about the customers who purposely use the product and then return it. And demand a refund. And they do it constantly. As you did it the first couple of times. And then you block them but they changed their email or shipping address to mess with you. Or if your competitor does this to you? Is there a method for that approach?
In a case like this, I'd send them an email or letter stating that you've noticed they've purchased and returned items several times and have yet to be satisfied. You can let them know that you've gone above and beyond your "no returns" policy on several occasions in order to make them happy and are now no longer able to accommodate their return requests.
