Shady and dishonest ( Kurt Marquardt and Dean Wickstrom ) . I recently inquired about my Social Security benefits and it’s been revealed that Rochester Direct( Marquardt and Wickstrom ) never paid my Social Security tax. Collected but never contributed. I called Wickstrom and informed him about the issue only to be hung up on and blocked. I’m Looking into Legal Remedies as the polite way has not worked.

Rochester is mild compared to Duluth . Rochester benefits from warm winds coming out of the southwest. My biggest concern is the thieving of valuables out of the suitcases because Kurt Marquardt and Dean Wickstrom are desperately seeking another Hit of Crack or Meth. I know because I was under their employ and witnessed it all. Please enjoy the excellent restaurants and local shopping. However I highly suggest avoiding anything associated with Kurt and Dean. It’s ok. It’s the higher income that are the true criminals. Rochester Direct , Dean Wickstrom and Kurt Marquardt are to be avoided at all costs. Don’t trust them. They are a Transportation company. They will rob you and ask about your relationship with the Lord.

Join a Gym, go out to Caribu, Starbucks take classes at the local colleges. Go out for a drink once and awhile. However, avoid the various Shuttle companies, Rochester Direct. They will cheat you seven ways to Sunday. I worked for Rochester Direct and recently discover my Social Security benefit was never sent . So I was cheated and Asked if I was a Christian constantly. Rochester is too cold. I'm from South Ontario, compare that to Southern Ontario we get as much snow as Rochester. Our annual Snowfall is as similar as Rochester Minnesota. I was born in a wrong environment.

Duluth, MN is THE best place to live in the US, overall. Byron, for one, is too far South, too hot in the summer, and too hot in the Winter. Overall, Byron is very nice, but not as good as Duluth. Use your Free Will to LOVE!

I have a friend who lives in Avani, if you use a bike then this is a great choice since they have a storage area for bikes as well as a stand with various tools that you can work on your bike on, both in the underground parking garage. They did have a big water leak in the community room but from what he’s told me it’s mostly back to normal. And beware, despite what it says accessing the skyway from the Riverwalk does require a decent outdoor walk, I’d estimate 5-10 minutes from the building to a skyway access entrance. And it gets likely noisy every Wednesday at 10 and especially the first Wednesday of the month since there’s an outdoor warming siren (aka tornado siren) right next to the building! (It was there long before the building was built). I live in Fontaine Towers which is another apartment building here in downtown but it’s for the handicapped (like me) and the elderly. But several our residents are Mayor employees and there’s direct skyway access to the downtown system, perfect for getting exercise, having a coffee, bite to eat, shop or, of course, accessing the Mayo campus, whether it’s for work or patients.
