I emailed them, and they said that the season pass is included with presumably the digital code but I don't have the season pass bonus. The best thing to do it contact them, they should get back to you on Monday

I don't even know if the codes they sent me with the Premium Collectors Edition will work for the PS5 version of the game

The way I contacted them was filling out the form on their website, you might be able to reach out to them on different social media, I'm not sure if they work weekends so you might have to wait until Monday to hear from them

The flyer that says digital content is supposed to have it according to what I was told when I asked them. They said it should give the content once it becomes available

Mine came in a cardboard box with cardboard to seperate the collector's box and the scroll. The plastic I had was for the cards and the figures. Was yours the same?

I also got mine in this miserable condition of a normal Collector's Edition and the Scroll seperately. Mine also had all the cracks around because of the bad packaging/weak materials. Trying to sort it out with them, but honestly ridiculous how this does not qualify as false advertising by them.

I believe the only difference between the regular collector's and the premium is the scroll. I'm missing the season pass too, I'm gonna email them soon to see. The preorder bonuses should be available when you look at your order on the website.
