I have pages where I keep page numbers, but remove headers. How do I do that?
Yeah, now add subheadings and see the misalignments begin.
Maybe start with showing how to insert it and THEN show how to style it. It's not very didactical this way around.
Thanks for your criticism - noted and ignored... if my tutorial is not what you are looking for then please just find one that is. I always find it amazing that people will go to the trouble to find fault with something I have provided for free. If you actually took the time to look at my tutorials you would see that this one is PART 5 ! Go look at the other parts!
@@stanleyg3694 well, the video has a clear title. That's why I clicked on it, that's what I wanted to know. Nothing more, nothing less. I went away from this with a completely mixed up thinking and looked for another video, because yours was confusing and poorly structured. If that criticism irks you, I have a hunch that you're not 100% satisfied yourself. I'm doing educational content myself, I know how it feels like. Anyway, thanks for the effort of putting it online.

hi, how do I remove a page number in the middle of the pages? I need to insert pictures and I do not want to display the page number. thx
hi, just remove the master page. drag the blank page icon down onto that page. By default you probably have master page A on them all, once you drag the blank down onto your page icon in the panel it will remove the 'A'

I do no know where the writer go his information, but using all caps in any writing is frowned up at all levels of the skilled.

Stanley. When I add pages, IDD sticks 2 pages attached to existing spread making a 4 page spread. How can I fix that?
Hi, I suggest you have turned off 'allow document pages to shuffle' - go to the pages panel menu.
You're up early! Or maybe late. Are you in the UK? How can I tell which pages hte document or pages shuffle on or off? What does the down arrow on top of some pages mean? What does the square brackets around some page pairs mean? This is such a complex and robust tool but you make it seem learnable. Love your work! We just got the proof of our first book from Amazon! So excited. You help was invaluable.

Hi, thank you. Sorry for delay in replying, I have been away. Not quite sure what you want to do with changing 'any letter'. You can just use the basic find and change option to target a letter and change it.
