Having problems with the single print outs. Not matching up to measurements on the blue prints

I have the blueprints and some of the letters are borderline stupid with the angles of the edge pieces. Why the hell would you make something that requires a bevel cut of 65.32 degrees and 69.68 degrees. That's just one example there are so many angled cuts like this on the document. I'm not a professional, but that sounds fucking stupid to me. The instructions are also very bare and don't do a good job of going through the process in detail, overall disappointed with the quality of instructions and measurements. They just scaled it without thinking about the end user

I’ve been renting these since about March and I have never needed a Q, X, Z, P, F or J. And I have still yet to make them because nobody has needed them for a rental.

I’m averaging about $1000 a month currently just from renting. I have also sold a lot. I just sold TOWER ON TENTH for $2860. I use a little bit different pricing structure for rentals. 1-3 letters is $45 a letter. 4 letters is $150. 5-9 letters is $200 and 10-15 letters is $250. Anything over 15 letters is negotiable. I just rented MISS UNITED SOUTHERN STATES for a pageant for $1100 but I had to team up with someone for that because I didn’t have that many letters.

How and what bulbs do you recommend to make addressable color-changing marquee letters. I have made the regular warm white letters and so have several other businesses in my area. But none of them have the color-changing ones and I would like to be the first. I have researched but cant seem to come up with anything. Please help.
