This is not just for the ones that find themselves always in some form of a relationship but for the ones seeking for love and affection in other people too. It could be relationships, friendships or seeking for admiration from colleagues. Whatever you do, know that the only thing that matters is your opinion of you.

There’s a ton of information out there, just like there’s a ton of plastic out in nature. Don’t be ignorant or selfish, especially if you want kids someday. You might want to consider being a bit kinder to the world.

That was what I should hear Don’t let the loneliness become depression
100% exactly to everything you said.
I feel so insecure and this is what makes md lonely
I moved to college and I feel so lonely despite that my college is not that far and I still meet with some people that I knew throughout high school yet it feels so lonely and depressing
I understand and the feeling sucks, hopefully you still put yourself out there and try new things. Wishing you many blessings in 2025!
@sennaheppe thanks , happy new year to you as well ! You are making really good content , keep going.
ive bene listening to a lot of Jordan Peterson lately. over the last fue months life slaped me in the face and forced me to look at my life, hearing this topic from a female helps alot. i struggle with the opposite gender, longest relationship ive bene in was about 3 week, i enjoyed it but life puled us apart and its something i always wanted back in my life. partially because of how i portray a successful man in my head. the main thing im just starting to work on is my self worth, ppl always say im a great guy or im rly smart but its hard to believe it. ive always thought new year resolutions where lame, but as i sit here thinking on what to do next i see it as a usefull tool to use. thank you,
Creating selfworth is going to open so many doors for you. It took me some time as well to develop this but life is so much more fun when you appreciate yourself 🩵
have a great holiday senna
Thank you!

Hello:) yes, I'm in a better mood thanks to your video. Been alone for years after a divorce so it's like I'm single all over again. All my family have gone & really dont have any friends. I just happened to find this video & now you have a new follower:) thanks for sharing you are amazing!
Good to hear that it made you feel better, I hope you find amazing people to surround yourself with 🫶🏽 Already anything particular in mind that you want to do or already doing differently then before?
@sennaheppe as far as I know I just work then home until I go back to work. No body calls or texts me. Christmas is just me at home. Thank you for asking me a question, it made my day :)
Don't ever get up
What makes you say that
The idea I like to quote is that the ironic thing about loneliness is that so MANY of us have it in common! I'm getting more and more into ideas that are "woo woo" such as quantum physics and spirituality. There are few "in real life" that have much interest in these topics, so I started a TH-cam channel. That's how I have been finding my community, and it is exciting.
I'm a 30 year old man and I'm at a point in my life where I spend a lot of time by myself. I know that it is temporary, but because of my loneliness, I texted a woman that hurt me more times than I can count. I reached out to a person I know I shouldn't reach out to. Even though she expressed no interest in wanting to maintain communication, I texted her and regretted it. I knew I'll regret it, but I couldn't stop myself from doing it, because my loneliness leads me down a negative place mentally that I can't help but search for anything to bring me happiness. Needless to say she didn't reply to me which is expected. Now I feel terrible for what she might think of me. All due to my loneliness. Honestly, I don't think I'll experience this much loneliness if I had a partner.
You see the light knowing it is temporary! I hope you aren’t so hard on yourself, you made a small misstep by texting her, we now radically accept it and won’t let that determine how you feel. Now there is space for new love and meeting other inspiring people🫶🏽
@@sennaheppe Thank you for your reply and kind words. I appreciate it. I'm taking things one step at a time. Some days are terrible, others are alright. But I know I'll be okay 🥹😭
You got this!
its not the same for everyone
Curious, what makes you think that?
@sennaheppe its alot to say its not enough for a comment, but i get ur point maybe will work but not 100% like there is black and there is white or a whole rainbow 😂
@@foreveryonetohear6494haha I hear what you say I think. The journey is for everyone different but at the end of the day everyone has to overcome their trauma, anxiety, whatever the ‘obstacles’ may be
@@sennaheppe for me yeah it is, really hard to ignore
i have been single since i was 14 years old, now im 39. good luck people. you're going to need it.
Are you surrounding yourself in areas where there is a lot of possibility to find love? And not going with the intention to find someone, but to have a good time? I understand that romantical love is something fulfilling but there is so much more to be grateful for. Maybe 2025 will be the year of blessings for you x
hey babe
Why you feel lonely after all this world excuse me but you are making yourself sick you do not move or change your state of mind Man try new thing act on what you have right a comment download a video game make your self busy and the days will heal time will heal but do not stay with yourself too long every thing has time and above all respect people

Hi! I’ve been watching your videos, and I love how you talk about saving money and fixing finances. I noticed from your accent that you might be American, so I wanted to ask something about healthcare in the U.S. Since the healthcare system there isn’t universal, I imagine getting sick or having an accident could result in insanely high costs. Do you have any strategies or tips for preparing for unexpected medical expenses? And what happens if someone can’t afford those costs? Are there any options or safety nets available in such cases? Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
Hi, thank you! However I’m not American but Dutch so I can’t really give advice specifically about the US and their healthcare system. Maybe other people watching can help out with this? 🫶🏽
OMG Your English is so good that I couldn’t tell😭 On the other hand, I don’t know much about the Netherlands, so I’d love to hear about products unique to your country, as well as how daily life and the economy differ compared to other countries. In the future, I’d like to live in Europe, and since the Netherlands is ranked number one for children’s happiness, I’m curious about what it’s really like to live there. It would be amazing if you could make videos sharing more about these topics!
Most women are searching to be loved, not to love. They confuse the two.
True but can’t really put in on a gender because men as well.
You want something that no other human being can ever give you, because no human being has that capability.
Im less slave than yesterday, thank you :).

Love to hear this, thank you! 🤍
Thanks again senna ❤
what's ur ig?
@senna.heppe
It's not entirely the same subject, but I think many of the same points can be made for mental health. I've noticed many therapy programs are never actually interested in resolving issues, but keep stringing them along in a never ending chain of treatment. There's a lot of money to be made in continuously uncovering or inventing new "trauma" to be worked through. That's not to say mental health isn't important. It's vitally important. Most people would benefit from GOOD mental health programs/professionals. But you need to be very wise and discerning how you choose to go about it because there is an entire industry ready to take advantage of you.
Yes I totally agree, it is often about putting people in boxes instead of working towards a solution. I appreciate you commenting and taking the time for answering 🤍
Dutch directness i like it 😅 it's refreshing 😂😊
You have many good points 😊 keep it up 😊 are you dutch btw? I notice a small accent 😅
Thank you, appreciate it! Yes i’m dutch haha
Hope it heals quickly and the down time you experience is most useful :-)

Great... now I'm in risk of falling in love!
Great video thanks for the insight ❤
This actually made me change my plans for the evening (broke my toe this weekend) and made me read a book about buddhism that was always lying around on the bookshelf
Love this 🫶🏽
Venting can be helpful but it becomes an issue of seeking grace but not being accountable. So they need grace with accountability and fail to actually enact it.
Very true!🧚🏼
You are totally correct!
