Hello dear, I hope you are well. I visited your TH-cam channe TIG KING. Your content is excellent. But your channel isn't growing because your content title and description aren't optimized for SEO and don't have enough ranking tags. This is why no content reaches the top of TH-cam. As a result, the SEO score of your video is very low. According to VidiQ, (The video SEO score of your channel is 0 / out of 100, which should be 80+). If you want I can increase it to 80+ which will help your channel grow faster. @@TigKing_Chang Thanks
I've spent the last year or so taking a welding course at a local voctec school while working part time as a helper/fitter at a local shop. graduating in a month and then i'm hoping to get into the piece rate game at the shop ive been working at. dedicated welding schools seem like a waste of money to me. the total for my votec course is only a little over 2.3k, and I have access to the same tools and materials that a big school would have. Its really up to the student to have the drive and to make the most of schooling when it comes to welding imo.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It is gonna be a big help to other people. No doub you will get what you are hoping. Good luck buddy!!
i started as a helper and grinding for almost 6 months then after that they give me my first ever smaw handle. then after a year i started to learn tig after that fast forward 5yrs now. i'm a Aluminum and Stainless steel fabricator.
I think you showed the perfect career path. Thanks for sharing your wonderful story. Good luck buddy!
Looking very nice
Thank you
@ can you tell me what are the process for TIG? 100% argon ? 1-Root pass 2-hot pass 3-Fill pass then 4- cap ?
@@UpComingTechNowargon 100% Root pass Final cap That’s what i do mostly for schedule 10 pipe upto 4inch From 6inch Root Fill Final
@ thank you, what is the good size Argon tank for good portability?
I prefer the tallest one. It is around 5feet high.
Some really good advice there👍
Thanks for your comment.
Now daily running beads in my garage. Thanks for your inspirational video.

My pleasure.
Very informative and interesting. Thank you.
Thanks for your kind comment.
Buy a pipe bevelling machine like everyone else.
Good answer
i disagree with looking at the tungsten, this is when you dip, only concentrate on the puddle and filler rod
I will not say my way is 100% right. I just want beginners to take my way as a reference and take other good welders’s way too. Then find their own way. I think that is the best.
Not all of us are fucking machines like u bro lol
Thats juts pen
There's something funny about this one. The gaps in the set up and the squeeze box music. I was an ignoremus in training school.
That's a good camera angle to show your position and action. Thanks for your video.
Super work.
Thanks for your video.
Some interesting pointers there make me want to try again.
Do you need certification for high pressure/sanitary/food preparation? There's another Canada-based TH-camr who works through I 488.
It depend on where u work. I488 sounds like a local union. If you want to he a local union memeber, each union will have a specific qualification and you need to be qualified and apply. If you want to work at a non union shop, you just apply, job interview, weld test and work. If you need a certification, the shop will arrange you to get it. In Canada, eacg province has its own rule, I can not say what the right answer is.
Thanks for your video.
My pleasure
can anyone learn or is it like being athletic/running?
It is kind of common skill for tig pipe welder. Absolutely, anyone can do it.
good lord
Jesus!!
I have already done it before 😂
I thought nobody has done it hahaha
No tungsten inclusions and none-0 lack of fusion
Yo, been welding stick and mig for two years now, always wanted to start learning tig aswell but never found the company to pay me tests or lessons. I will try to pick a tig welding machine and learn from your channel, that'll be a great start seeing as how your vids are informative, thx!

Hello! Very good videoes😁 im new to tig welding and i am welding 6 inch stainless over a greater distance, do you have more tips for how to weld this sort of pipes seamless? I cant realy control the puddle and its most often getting to hot. I am using 11 cup and around 14 gas shield. You showed alittle bit in the purging video. How long can the pipes be before i need to use flanges?
I will update a video how to purge long length of pipes soon. If you don’t have a problem in welding 4inch pipe but have a difficulty in 6inch with a long length, purging can be an issue. I will show you how to put purge dam close to joints sppn.
@@TigKing_Chang thank you, that would be helpful😁 all i am welding is looking good on the inside, so i dont think my purging is the biggest problem. I cant get my weld clean on the outside, tryed 40-60 amps around the pipe today, slowr and faster speed. Also tried higher gas flow, but it didnt seem to get better. My teacher will meet me next week, so i can also discuss it with him then. But all tips is aprecciated! :)
thanks!!
Thanks for enjoying my video.
Very good and informative 😀
Thanks for your encouraging comment. Pls keep watching my upcoming episodes. I will update once a week. Thanks again.
I think your channel has a bright future ahead of it, because you take the time to explain both theory and practice. What's more, the quality of the shots is really good 👌. In which country are you working?
Thanks for encouraging me. Pls keep watching my channel. I work in Canada.

Useful video, but green electrode is only for welders with a transformer, they shouldn't be used with recent models with inverter.
Thanks for your comment.

@@TigKing_Chang does the blue paint contaminate the weld or is it ok to weld over it?
@schellycraft4290 good point. When I tacked, I left the paint because there was no choice. But I cleaned the paint around weld area before welding. U may check in the video. Thank for your opinion.
@@TigKing_Chang Thank you. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing more from you
Good stuff, nice looking welds!
Appreciate!😊
Lovely weld

Hi I was hoping you can demonstrate starts and stops, particularly on the walking the cup technique. Like how to continue the pattern if you stop midway, and also merging back in at the start when you get all the way around the pipe. Awesome welds as always 😀
Thanks for leaving the message. I am uploading basic skills for beginners. But I will try to upload pipe walking cup when I have a chance. Thank you.
Nice try diddy
Lol
Amazong video can you pleas continue. ❤❤
Thanks for your good comment. Yes I will upload one episode a week.
Both don’t look bad
It was rejected by an inspector. So I had to repair.
