Did this for my son when he was 10 for the very same reason! Watching longer hitters on drive chip and putt with Sim Max drivers. He did very well with a Fly Z head but went with a Prodi G set once he outgrew the Flynn Shaft. He’s now almost 13 and has maxed out the Ping with the shaft length upgrade and I think we’ll go the Flynn route again. Love the Ping Prodi G series for kids. Highly recommend them for young players.
Thanks for watching and appreciate all the feedback. We had a purchased some Prodi G clubs from 2nd Swing when Eli was younger. We have been saving them for when Max grows into them soon!
