Bro, 2 ques How much do you weigh? Is it increasing or is it just you want to gain muscle mass.... And, i have got thin wrists, proly thinner than urs, i knew wrist can't be changed, but forearms hides wrists, or can we add some fat on wrists to make it look normal?
I really feel smaller wrist is blessing bcz when arms will grow, arms will look bigger hope you can imagine that 💪! Around the wrist we can't add anything as per my knowledge ! Yes my goal to gain maximum muscle mass not to gaining weight ! I gained nearly a KG in last month and that is my goal KG once a month 🙌!

Great work and better form than 80% of the people at my gym. One thing I'd say on those rows is, see if you can extend a little further at the bottom of your rep. Round the top of your back and really stretch your whole back. I put spacers over the footholds because the machine I use bottoms out before I can stretch.
