Sooooo, I waited two or three days before I burped my kombucha. That can be dangerous because your bottles can explode and someone could lose and eye. I went a week without burping them once and it was a hot mess. This is a second fermentation with my homegrown elderberries and Manuka Honey.

I was so off task in this video. If you fast-forward about 10 minutes, you will get to the molasses informaion. I use blackstrap molasses. You can add molasses to your compost tea fertilizer too.

This is how I make my oat milk. I use 4 cups of ice cold water, 3 pitted dates and 1 cup of organic old fashioned oats. Throw it in the blender for 20 to 30 seconds. DONE! In October, I purchased some Pak Choy at the Asia market. I decided to plant it to see what would happen. I was able to continue to eat ftom those plants for about another 8 weeks. I wanted to see if they would go to seed so that I can grow my own next spring. I was able to get some seeds so we will see what happens.
