Rush can still spawn with the eyes. Thats why when it flickers you should wait a few seconds just to be sure.

@@Cookie548. there are seek eyes which causes the lights to flicker but NOT spawn rush it is strictly coded to not spawn him so how did rush get there? you can even see the eyes in 0:08 0:03 and 0:13
