sir i think icai may give grace in audit because this time paper was of level and last time icai gave 5 marks grace to my friend even though his marks were 57 he got grace of 5 marks and he scored exemption with 62 marks so my point is icai won't hesitate in giving grace only if students who are passing are below there required need
