Thank you!! Being a mom is kicking my butt lol. I was about to say that I’ve gotten used to the commute but then I remembered I’ve been in the house for almost a year due to COVID 🤦🏾‍♀️. But I will say it has gotten better. I sort of enjoy the quiet before I get to work and before I get home. I guess my only tips would be (which I don’t do these consistently) is to be very planned out. Make sure everything is ready the night before and I mean everything (food , clothes, drinks). I used to pack a change of clothes for the gym and change at my job and then go straight to the gym. I also try to make the ride comfy (not too comfy 😴😴lol) but I will sometimes listen to audiobooks, good music or TH-cam videos and it made the time go by faster. I don’t know how far your commute is or if you are in traffic or not but I would say with no traffic and a good plan you’ll begin to handle the commute like a champ!

I like to buy and hold companies I invest in, even penny stocks if I believe in the company. With that being said I am not predicting major gains with this stock within the next week. At the moment there aren’t any new catalyst making a huge impact. They are deciding to consolidate some of their subsidiary companies under one brand. Once that new brand comes out, should be announced by the end of the month, I think we will see some upward movement closer to the $2.00 range. So, to answer your question I see IQST staying in the 1.45-1.52 range over the next week. But I’m not a financial advisor, so what do I know.

😂😂you are so right! I don’t use all of those anymore. I still have my two shampoos though, one to cleanse and one to moisturize. And I still use my conditioner and leave in conditioner and head and shoulders for my scalp. 🤔Okay I lied I still use too many products lol. What do you use???

@@HanginWithMrsMarks-jy9gs I use DE clarifying shampoo and then the honey creme and then I do a deep conditioning with Novex. Then the next wash I'll use Keracare hydrating shampoo and the Humecto Conditioner and go back and forth like that... I wore my hair in a mohawk for years, similar to the cut you have in the latest hair update with you in the bathroom- but now my hair is past my chest- still cant believe it! I actually JUST bought a bonnet for the first time in life- so hearing about your bonnet horror story messed me up lol and I love a high bun lol, but this bonnet is rather big and long and has a soft band, we shall see. I usually just wear silk scarves to bed. One thing that I think helped me is better understanding my hair porosity, which it's low porosity- so I have to stay away from protein and heavy oils, now days I've been doing eloganted twist outs and it's been thriving... Do you know your hair type?

Are you still using restore on your hair, and if so how often

No I don’t use it anymore. I only used it when I felt like my hair was damaged and needed that boost. When I was using it, I used it for 4 weeks.

@@virggreen8628 I still use Design but I also started using head and shoulders for my itchy scalp in addition to my design products. It’s the royal oils line, I actually like it. And I washed my hair in the wrong order in this video. I should have used the peppermint shampoo first and then finished with the moisturizing shampoo.
