Been a full day upgrading the steering and It's official. Used up all 12 channels but now I have a multi-purpose bucket and a remote on off switch that will allow me to turn the loader off and turn on the rock truck and still be able to use the same remote without having to walk over and turn one or the other off

Tossed a kyosho snow blade on the front to move some snow till the wheel came off. easy fix

Need some info on what you used for a winch motor.
I used the motor and gear box from one of these winches. Drilled a hole into the center of the metal shaft that comes in the tamiya kit that goes through the drum the same size of the shaft that comes off the gear box. Then I used JB weld put it in the hole and put them together. I also had to design and print a new end cap that held the motor in place that screwed onto the tamiya kit

thanks for that quick and detailed reply! im just learning the details of the super scale world, but im a confident RC builder. im sure i can make it work with what you have given me already! i really like the small design of these motors. way better looking than just throwing a Warn up there!

I built it. From three different kits. Fenders on the body are hand made.
