Thanks Chris! Very informative. I just want to express that we have to be able to own our failures as well as our successes. I've only been here four years, we moved in just after the drought-tolerant plant work. Seems to me this was a mixed success at best and maybe a failure? (Much of it is ugly, too sparsely planted, etc.) I wonder if a future video might be to discuss the process leading up to it, and the implementation of it, and an analysis of the successes and failures?

I received the survey, sent by Ajit, and first I want to say I had no idea who he was, and I wondered why such an important item would be sent by someone besides the board or admin. I do know the master board can send out email via their official email or personal email. You know we get lots of scam emails, texts, and regular mail, and I was at first hesitant to open his email. I know now that he is a resident and have read his profile. Personally, I think all official business should be sent from the board or admin. I have communicated with Ajit via email several times, and he has not answered all my questions regarding the survey. I want you to know that when I opened the survey, I could not access it. I was sent to a page for creating a survey, and I saw a message at the top of that page thanking me for completing and submitting the survey! I never saw it, did not complete it, did not submit it. If that did happen, it was not done by me. I plan to submit the paper survey. I want verification that if an electronic survey was submitted from my email address that it will be deleted and only my paper survey will be counted. I don't want someone to just say it was taken care of; I want proof. I would be happy to visit with you or Ajit, in front of a computer, to somehow sort this out. I did go to the Survey Monkey website and did not get any helpful information. I realize the responses are confidential, but if my request cannot be honored then I have to question the validity of the results. I know other residents who had difficulty or were unable to respond electronically. I do know that part of the problem is that we do not have a delegate in district 8. I was ready to volunteer to go out in my golf cart and deliver paper surveys, then one showed up in my mailbox slot. I want to thank our stand-in delegate! I want to be sure that my responses are received, and counted, because I think it is very important for all residents to have an opportunity to participate. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
