Thankyouuu, SiR!!
thank you so much for this lecture! i'm majoring biology here in brazil and used this lecture to support my studies for my animal behaviour final! <3 hope you have the best in life!!
Hello Sir, thank you for sharing awesome tutorial. I obtained semilandmarks by ImageJ, controlled by each specimens centroid as reference point. Do you have any idea how to convert my dataset into .tps file format? my data has 3 information each row. IDsample, X and Y (2 dimension). i collect 26 semilandmarks for each specimen (thus it records X1, Y1...X26, Y26).
Thank you so much sir! I'm doing master thesis about monitoring habitat preference of Clouded leopard in Thailand now and struggle in statistic analysis process. This help give me some insight

Great video, but where can we find this dataset?
I wasn't convinced at first, but watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!
You're a star 🌟
I can not see your email Sir
Does the scaling occur automatically?
Thank you for the explanation!
Very helpful. You say This is the correct ANOVA table for a nested analysis of variance. But the classic nested ANOVA table would have an F-value and p-value also for the nested term, and you would show at least some of the terms for the residual (within subgroups) values (e.g., SS, df, and/or MS). These are missing from your final table. For example, this is clearly shown in the text by Sokal and Rohlf (Biometry 2012, p. 282), and countless refereed journal articles (e.g., Mar Ecol Prog Ser 81:197-04; Aust. J. Mar. Freshwater Res. 45: 177-184; and so on). Yes, that’s the correct calculation of the F-value, but is the Table itself complete (in terms of publication standard)? Also, shouldn’t you be able to calculate the F and p-values for the nested term and include them, seeing as that might also be of importance to the researcher? Would you be able to show the procedure in R for how to get the full table?
very good
Thank you very much sir, and finally i found this aplication on my laptop😁🙏
can you make video tutorial for entry data for analysis abundance species with line transect, please
i want ask, sir.. How to analys anova for two facet in G-Theory
best <3
Okay I am not sure anyone will see this but it is a shot in the dark. Is there a way to adjust the text on the boxplot in past? i have name that is just cut off half the first part of the word and there is no way for me to adjust the dimensions to make it fit.
Request, Please do make videos for point count distance sampling
great explanation thank you!
Bonsoir monsieur puis-je avoir un tutoriel DETAILLE sur les étapes de l'ANOVA PROCRUSTE ? je n'arrive PAS a l’exécuter sur morphoJ
I have a question 🙋♀️ what does an increased population mean for the environment?
Neat Video. I found you by means of searching the internet for similar things to the concept of segmented step function isotonic regression or whatever you'd call it.... but I'm taking more of an algorithmic approach, in that I have a time series problem I am working on solving, and the optimization to be solved for creating training data is to essential place partitions in the data such that a horizontal (step) line is placed, and each partition will have statistics calculated to use in a loss function for fitting the horizontal lines, with the idea being to essentially create an algorithm that will split nonstationary time series into stationary segments separated by 'jumps' if you will.
I saw differences in boxplots when using "Rounding" and "Interpolation", when do I have to use each one?
I really appreciate how everything was explained. My only comment is, it was challenging to follow the code because the screen was cut off and I couldn't see the code typed.
Great description of Nested ANOVA. Is the dataset available openly?
I enjoyed learning from you. Thank you for an amazing semester!
Very helpful👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. But what if you have more than factor nested❓how does the code change❓
How about outlines tutorials??? I need it for my mandible specimens. Thank you
Thank you!!! Saviour
Sir, from where can I download the tpsutil software ?
thank's for your explanation.,
Thank you for the wonderful semester.
I enjoyed this video a lot. Thank you for a great semester. :)
NYC love From Jammu and Kashmir (India)
what if I choose the extention txt or morphologika ? Is there any difference ? Thankyou
