For a long time GROOVE's definition has been very elusive and unless you've been carefully following OGs like Buddha Stretch who talk about it at length then you might be like the rest of us dancers: trying to grab air. In this video we try our hand at giving you a definition that includes a touch of Neuroscience and Psychology to attempt to reign in this word.

Fascinating. You kept my attention for the whole video and spotted and explained so much. I'd be interested to hear your take on the choreo and characterization for the K/DA 'DRUM GO DUM' concept video if you get a chance to do that some day.
