I travelled to North Horr, Marsabit. I loved Chalbi desert. We hanged out during sunset in that oasis , had our drinks in our hands and we danced to Nzele by Madilu system. Looking at this video it gives me nostalgia 😍

I was hiking before, but, as I live at a very low altitude this was really a challenge, mainly because of the change in oxygen level. Heart pace increases but after a few minute break, it stabilizes for the next 50-meter increase.. I felt like a very old man- Can say it was so far my greatest challenge, was on the edge of giving up.

Toe be honest we have two dessert in marsabit county..... when you start marsabit from Merilee town you have started kaisut dessert.then chalbi dessert.....

I've really enjoyed the detailed video and yes i watched all of it plus the previous ones...i got altitude sickness when i attempted Naromoru route( i was ill prepared anyway) ,so i can only pray that i will make it next year when i attempt this. Again thank you for the details...

Nice video. Appropriate music while driving through those villages and the vast scenery. By the way i di not know north hor has an oasis and a hotel with a pool. I wonder where the source of the springs come from. I thought you were in turkana a place called ely springs which has a similar spring and oasis.

you apologise (opening seconds) to your viewers as if you were doing them a favor with your videos....as if you were late with something THEY needed badly.
