Went to BYU for minutes, money, and complete anonymity. What a waste.
I guess Smith did everything perfect.Trey is a great player
Coach, respectfully, there’s no way you thought this team was ready to compete this year and hard to figure they will be next year as constructed. You didn’t have to write off the whole year for development. I’ll give you a pass this year, but you need to go all in next year in the portal for Braden, Loyer, and TKR in their last year. Please don’t waste it. You can see how deflated they look with their teammates that just can’t play.
Good try but war eagle 🦅
Id be crying about us having better players when I got whooped up on for 40min too
Good basketball coach Great snake oil salesman
Auburn is a monster
Purdue has an outstanding team. They've beaten Alabama,Ole Miss and UNC just to name a few. This was basically a home game for us. Next year when we go to their house it's going to be an entirely different environment and a lot tougher game. With that being said, this year's Auburn team is the real deal. We've got the offense, defense, depth and experience to make a deep run in March if we can stay healthy. Purdue will be there in March Madness with us and that's a fact
UNC has lost 5 games. They did beat UCLA last night, but they are 7-5. They aren’t the same UNC team as years past. Also, Ole Miss has played a weak schedule so far. They are 2-1 against Quad 1 teams, neither of which are top 25 wins. Purdue is a good tournament team, but I don’t think this is their year. Without Edey, they aren’t the same team.
@@taylorrenee4880 Alabama has a very stout team and they beat them. I just named a few teams but 2 of those are Top 25 wins . Ole Miss is ranked 17th in the country btw (11-1) record.. They ran into a better team vs Auburn. It happens.. Will Purdue make a deep run into the March tournament .. Maybe the Sweet 16
Great coach. Great program. Good team too. Best of luck moving toward March. WDE!
This Purdue team is not mentally tough, as soon as the refs are bad, or the other teams are really physical its over
He's a good coach and I've always enjoying watching this teams play.
Class Act Coach Painter. Also thanks for beating Bama for us ! WarEagle and good luck the rest of the year. See yall in March !
He’s a damn good coach lots of respect for this guy… as for the roster ehhhhhh not a great team
As an Auburn fan, this Purdue team will be a solid tournament team, it’s still early in the season. Good luck to them, but WDE
Purdue sucks hard.
They want to give them love sooooo bad it’s nuts. Decent-ish team but no one’s messing with these top SEC teams this year. Losses will come here and there but as far as the big 10 goes… irrelevant
Auburn = buzz saw.
Purdue's biggest issue to me is zero quickness. At every position. It became obvious to the players that they had no chance. Totally owned on the court.
Auburn’s defense plays every game like it’s their last. They fly around the court. Even Cardwell was locking down the PG at one point. Auburn is just too big, too fast and has too many weapons from 3 and down low.
Purdue is a good team. They aren’t the first and won’t be the last to not look good against Auburn.
Purdue still gonna be a tournament threat dont be fooled theyre still really good
Yes because of my nephew being part of the coaching team but he filled the starters with white guys instead of dynamic players regardless of race, these players are basic, no offense intended, what does he do name the one of two of the only black starters as the reason they lost, so typical..If he would have allowed my nephew to shine 2015-2018 they would have won the championship but he can't stand to see black players Truly succed
@blessedmodebeauty did u say painter was racist? I tried to find ur other comment
Matt painter is a class act hes got respect for auburn for sure 👏 great coach. War eagle!
I love TKR, but he needs to hit free throws. 1:22 1 for 7 sounds like he's shooting with his eyes shut. C'mon man.
He’s gotta play better. They have no chance if he doesn’t.
No center. Renn doing the best he can. Heide Colvin combined for zero points. 6’6 guys with 40 inch verticals doing nothing.
Welcome to the Tigers, my man let's go
Can I respectfully suggest a Bluetooth microphone that you could hand to the players/coaches for these kind of interviews? They can hook up directly to a smart phone nowadays and only range from $20-100. I think it would seriously improve the quality of these interviews and I would really really appreciate it personally.
I’m curious why the video quality of these are so bad when most phones shoot in 4k. I like the content of the interview though
Braden tries too hard or too cute on some passes his teammates aren’t ready for. It’s not complicated.
SEC just totally owns Big 10. In just about everything, just about all the time
Yeah well I'm beginning to wonder if they don't own the refs too
@ Wow, that’s the kind of comment that usually comes from Ohio St. FB fans. They never get beat by another team, they only beat themselves or because of the refs
@@keithclute5424 never whine to asshats from fans from other high schools
Same old story, turning Purdue over is a key to success for our opponents. Sometimes Braden over passes, he had a couple of easy buckets that he passed up and ended up turning over the ball. Give A &M credit they defended well and sped us up causing many of those turn-overs.
Loved this team, love Colvin and wish her the best in her career. Boilermaker legend!
It was Maryland at Purdue
😂😂 couldn't be happier . This guy is a total D-bag
Odom, not Odoms
This will only work if Purdue commits to spending a lot more in NIL
Boiler up!!
They need Braden to play Like he’s an all big ten caliber player.
He's a smart one for sure, and I love he's from Fort Wayne, but come on Caleb, put the ball in the basket.
Key rebounds and hustle plays by Caleb, but for Gods sake, he needs to be able to put the ball in the basket when he's under it.
Legend
What absolute garbage! Blah blah blah crap. YOU hired that inexperienced, unqualified, untested, unproven NOTHING of a man to be Purdue's head coach. Not some J.C., not some MAC team, PURDUE. And everyone knows WHY. Why aren't Purdue fans and administration outraged? Millions and millions blown, just pissed away. And ZERO consequences for this vapid NPC of an AD?
His non-existent future at Purdue.
The U of Chicago got out of athletics in 1931. They produce Nobel Laureate Physicists and Economists. Purdue should do the same. Think of what $9M would do in Engineering or Computer Science.
ass hat
Hail Purdue
9 million dollar mistake, Mr B.
Although his season is over and his contract. But whoever Purdue scouts has to bring NIL money. Purdue is going to have to pay out. Purdue season holder Had a lot of fun and it has been a difficult two years. Last coach took 20 plus players with him to Louisville New Coach was unable to bring NIL players from Illinois So he truly was a start from the bottom program. IU coach didn’t bring a bottom team. He brought his whole national championship team division 2. Good luck where the next you go. But Purdue you’re going to have to pay up. Didn’t some billionaire get a kid from LSU to commit to Michigan? 10 million. I think. Time to pay for the championship SEC has dropped back this year. And some new names have surfaced all through the NIL and transfer portal
Who is paying?
Walters go away for good.....Boilers need a named coach. Someone like Nick Saban.... IU needs to pay for running up the score..IU sucks...
Not impressed
Get lost
Cignetti speaks like a leader. Walters speaks like a victim.
If the players are NOT prepared for each game, that falls on the coaches. What is soooo hard to understand??? If the boilers were competitive in these games, that would be one thing but they are getting BLOWN OUT in just about every game.
