Independent Language Learning with Andrew
Ireland
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 3 ต.ค. 2023
Hi, my name is Andrew and I am a teacher at Castleforbes College in Dublin, Ireland. I decided to start this channel for a few different reasons:
1) I thought it would be useful for the students in my Upper Intermediate class to see how they (have) performed throughout their time in my class.
2) It has also allowed me to identify many deficiencies in my teaching.
3) I hope it might show novice teachers out there (and new recruits at the school where I work) what entire courses using different methodologies can look like in practice (and not just in theory), including all the bad points. I am not a great teacher but I hope with a few tweaks of what I am doing, you might be able to produce some semi-effective lessons.
4) More sentimentally, I wanted to let some former students and people important to me from the past see what I am currently doing.
Anyway, thank you for visiting, and if it helps you, I am more than happy; if not, I apologise for wasting your time.

Hi Andrew! Great efforts! This is the first video to watch and I wonder what the students' level is (B2?). Thanks!
@@badawyrabie8920 yep, they are mostly B2 but I don’t really like the label :).
