Wow. The comments here so far are rough. LOL All things considered, I thought this was a nice video! Thanks for making it! You mentioned scrapping all the original footage you made, and I've been there. and I think this was a good recovery! I like the energy of the "standing up and talking" approach, and you're obviously comfortable on camera, or at least fake it well. I would agree with the comment though that seeing more of the bag would be preferred. Even if it was simply sitting instead with the bag, and having it to reference the whole time. Because I know as a viewer, when I'm looking at reviews, I like seeing the item as much as possible from different angles, being manipulated around in somebody's hands, etc. Just to get a really solid idea of the size and material and all that stuff through the camera. Having it on screen through most of the video helps just get everything from different angles. But at the same time... This particular bag is honestly pretty simple. So even the few times you showed it, I got a decent idea of what it was like, but especially during the times you're showing the interior of it, I think having it on a table, and walking through it that way the whole time, and showing us some items you use to store inside of it would be really helpful too. Like showing us a tablet or laptop or whatever you may use it for, just to give us a good idea or even inspiration for what we CAN use it for. Waterbottles, sketchbooks, camera gear, packing cube for a weekend travel, etc. But considering the simplicity of this bag, the lack of bag screen time wasn't too bad considering you had to scrap your initial video footage. But in the future, definitely seeing more of the bag is ideal. But energy and perspectives were really good and welcome. It looks like your original footage would have been really good. I liked the setting and colors. The background lightning was overblown and distractingly way more bright than you, but it still looked pretty good. Anyways, nice video!

Great review and production! This bag looks really cool, and good to get feedback on their customer service. Only criticism I'd give is I found the music to be a bit loud, that it made it difficult to listen to focus on your voice.

This was a tough watch. Looked like something you strung together the night before it was due. Potential is off the chain if you put a bit more time into it.

I wanted to like your video, but the video is 10% bag and 90% your head and body. What good is telling me storage is 8/10 because you wanted an extra pocket, or some other score, if you don't show me specifically where you want it, or at least show more of the bag? This needs to be 80% bag shots, broll etc and 20% talking head.

I agree with you on every point except one. Boundary Supply's customer service sucked in my experience. I have the errant pack, an aux pack, and the key chain. When I bought the aux pack it took a month to find out it was on back order. I found that out when it didn't ship on time. It took almost a week to get a response and when they responded it was when I told them I'd demand a refund if I couldn't get a reply. The back order kept getting extended so I opted for the aux pack in blue. The whole process took somewhere between 2-3 months which you'll see is common on their websites review section. Their product is excellent so I assume they are a small business that puts 90% of their effort into their product and 10% in customer service. It's hard to trust them when there is no clear communication. I'd say their product is 10/10 but their customer service is the worst I've experience from any online purchase I've made.

does it stand/balance on its own? i had the prima system and was bit annoyed at it not being able to stand on its own when i use it for travel. honestly didnt even knew such a thing would bother me about a bagpack until it did. :p
