I came from a humble background; I could not afford to buy a school uniform; I had to go to school in the hot summer without shoes; the painful journey was longer; yet here I am working as a doctor. People talk about bullying. The worst bully is poverty of mind and an aimless life. Buddy, if I make it through, you can too.
Education can be your most powerful weapon, a reason to survive in the cold world, a helping hand, a ray of hope, and the only thing that can pick you up from the darkness of the darkest well to give you a ray of sunshine and hope. This channel is dedicated to all the students who are keeping it up despite everything going against their will. The future is brighter. All that is needed is a strong mindset to study. Don't lose hope. Practice smart methods of study, and you can become whatever you want. Learn to grow, and grow to a level where even your shadow becomes a symbol of peace and hope. ✌️✌️

Traditional Study Techniques put data into the brain. Active recall is the exact opposite, where the students recall information from the brain. In short, Here are 4 techniques that worked really well for me.

1) Create "Recall Questions" from study notes.
2) Using Anki for Active Recall & Spaced Repetition. (Gold Standard Study technique)
3) Use sensory modalities to study and recall.
4) Practice Questions.

1) What is the brain area responsible for memory?
= Hippocampus.
2) What is the main difference between active recall and passive recall?
= Passive recall is uploading information to the brain. Active recall is the process of recalling information from the brain.
