प्रिय आत्मन 🙏 क्या क्रियायोग मुख बंद कर सिर्फ़ नासिका से आने जाने वाली स्वास “हंऽऽऽऽ…सऽऽऽ या सोऽऽऽ…हम्म”के माध्यम के अलावा!!! क्या खुला हुआ मुंह (कंठ)और नाक के माध्यम से आने वाली श्वास “आऽऽऽ …”और बाहर जाने वाली स्वास “ई ऽऽऽ”से भी किया जा सकता है ??? दोनों में से कौनसा अभ्यास उचित और सभी के सुविधाजनक होगा, कृपया समाधान करे 🙏
