13:30 my sister also has this. She wears that instead of fake nails. The reason behind is that we need to wash ourselfs 5 time a day before we go pray. But having fake nails means you cant wash your “real” nails. Since its not practical to reaply fake nails allot of people like my sister wear these rings with fake nails so they can easly be removed and put back on.
