TrueTimber Ansel 30-Gun Safe
Keep your guns safe and secure, protected behind 15 layers of security inside the TrueTimber® Ansel Gun Safe. The only safe on the market to feature TrueTimber camo, the Ansel model features adjustable sliders to hold up to 10 long guns each for easy pull-out access. Store handguns on the convenient door organizer. High-quality construction details include full-body 1/4″ weld, 3/8″ solid door frame, S&G mechanical lock, and 1″ x 1.5″ solid-bar-stock door frame. Door gap eliminates prying. Ball bearings behind the lock protect against drilling. Dual-purpose hinges ensure smooth, effortless door opening and double as a security feature, keeping firearms secure even if cut off. Thanks to the slip-clutch mechanism, the ship’s wheel handle spins but will not open under a brute-force attack. TrueTimber Ansel Gun Safe also protects contents from fire damage for 2 hours at 1200°F.

where can i buy a 1'1/4 seal rope
I've had my heat more 20 years I'm very satisfied. I might replace soon
Personally, i put the kindling underneath the logs??????? and I fill the firebox right up because your fire will burn out in about 5 minutes and it will have to be re-lit. the first time I light it for the season I add wood several times to get enough coals so you can walk away from it for half a day. In the off season i leave my circulating pumps on low, i never turn those off. Those are Grundfos pumps, they are almost MilSpec. On first time lighting I always top the tank up, add some anti-corrosion and inspect my coils in the shop, house and greenhouse for leaks. And you also forgot to crack a beer, the most important part of fire lighting day. later.
How does one buy the blower add on?
Should the bladder be full of water when the temperature is up to normal run temperature
Stock the come with silicone over gasket . Never an issue . Just replaced it today this way
Holy f, heatmor 😧
All that work just to install that!!! It doesn't seem like it is worth it!!!!
Do not put silicone on the rope. Creates gaps and the door will not seal right. I know from experience
What about the bladder? With all this work shouldn't it be replaced?
What size gasket does the 400 take
When circulating the coolant ( water & treatment mix) will the entire furnace system circulate all the fluid in the bladder and water jacket and in my case through out the pex hydronic zones if all opened without heat in the system? I added treatment to the bladder this summer, since I did loose water during the winter from boiling over and out the top vent. I'm hoping to get a full water and treatment mix dispersed throughout the system.
Only video I have seen where you put the silicone on the outside. Doesn’t work every good! Better off putting it in the groove and then putting gasket it!!
So no silicone between the rope and door
May as well buy a whole new boiler .
Silicone goes under rope🤦♂️
thanks, no wonder mine didnt work
would a tutorial of how to check / fill water
1 bag of instie light charcoal works great as well.
Nice to see how they're put together. Thank you. Great workmanship. I've had my 200 now for 20 years. Just regular maintenance.
Your furnace is named after a pokemon.
Timelines are a beautiful thing.... You are wrong.
THANKS VERY INFORMATIVE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A DIFFERENT BRAND OWB
What type of silicone
Nice to see you don't use blown in expanding foam insulation. It looses efficiency over time where the horsehair type of insulation you use is the best way to go. Watching the tear down of the boiler shows why that type of insulation is the way to go. It simply stays in place and even if it gets wet it dries out easily on the first fire. Nice work guys and kudos to the designer of the boiler. Cheers!

Another easy way to start a fire is use a 1/2 a bale of hay after putting the 1/2 bale in fill to the top with regular wood you wood normally fire it with then strike one match and light the bottom of the hay close door and 1 minute later turn on the blower. Works great.
Ha ! - I bought a Empyre 175 boiler a few years ago- there was no silicone on the gasket from the factory-( raw gasket exposed ) replaced the rope twice- using a air powered-automotive"zip-gun" for mufflers to remove the gasket . ( what a pain to remove) Now I can use "hi-temp silicone" to put between the rope and the creosote- I am going to put a layer of "anti-seize" inside where the rope goes to keep it from rusting,- install the rope, put the silicone on, wait 24 hours, and hope for a few years of not thinking of replacing the gasket THANKS ! ! !
can you buy the front air box addition for a traditional 400dccs????
Wow that guy is good!! The one with the glasses. Eagan!
