I have 2 copyright strikes, (takedown notices) and the videos were removed by Entura International. Sony has blocked many of my Jeopardy! Final Jeopardy clips, but they're blocked and I can still see them and no strikes issued. It appears Sony has attached ads to many of them too. I'm not profiting from my TH-cam channel. I have 3.5 million views and don't want my channel terminated. Will the strikes expire eventually? Is Entura International contracted by Sony to find Copyright infringements?

Best way is not to use the material, even stuff on youtubes audio library has been flagged. Many have even been flagged for their own music.

If all the fan videos of music were removed at midnight, TH-cam would be done for. You interpret the music with your photo/film narrative. You are non-monitized. You are a DJ. Why don't you have the same rights as a DJ?

At what point does a sound clip of a copyrighted work become too small for copyright to apply? As far as I know, you can't copyright a note or chord. 30 seconds of a song is definitely enough to identify a song in most cases. How much does it need to be shortened until it is no longer considered something the owner of the whole song has control over?
