    Victorian, come on, I expected cave man at least from someone who has demonstrated that in human form you would sound like chalk being dragged down an old school blackboard. If it helps your pigeon hole mindset put me in the Georgian period, still in those times I could have thrashed you in the market square before the whole hunt and had you clapped in irons, oh well that's what we get with these modern views eh?

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    I just love it when you and your rabble always think you are bright and clever, the public must laugh their fucking heads off when the usual pongo pitches up blubbering about rope sandals and bullshitting for a 2012 team place making things up about the countryside and hunting as they go along. Have you noticed the courts, the public and even politicians have had enough of your bollocks and avoid you like the plague? Even with the Liberal demotwats the hunting ban will face repeal haha losers!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    Well the point is well made the footage shows nothing, like most antis their footage shows nothing illegal yet they try to hype it up, but I would just add that I'm a hunt supporter and this footage was filmed to promote the hunt / hunting. Good day out though and the hounds looked good, nice location.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    Covert surveillance without specific authoristion is unlawful, whoever carries it out, and the sort of persistent, unjustified surveillance many hunts suffer could never be authorized under the terms of RIPA! 2010 will see the police act against self appointed monitors from anti hunt groups.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    unlawful activities of animal rights activists acting as self appointed covert investigators. Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act seems complicated but it's simple. Whatever difficulties the Hunting Act presents the police they cannot rely on evidence gathered in a way which would be unlawful However much they would like to believe otherwise, animal rights groups are not law enforcement bodies, as members of the public, they gather evidence of alleged offences, they cannot ignore the law!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    Feel free to chase me with any animal anytime, I don't dodge anything like that is so lame! antis are associated with illegal activity, indeed I have been shot at and faced an enemy so unlike msot antis I know my backbone is firmly in place thanks! Your act looked a lot weaker again this boxing day, were you tucked up safe in bed?

  • @Myles0Harcourt
    @Myles0Harcourt 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    Little evidence? Quite a few videos, my own experiences as a monitor. The public don't associate antis with terrorism; plenty of people in the city and in the countryside support the ban. Another thing, would you like to be chased through the countryside by a pack of wolves, for somebody's entertainment? This is the question that lots of other hunt supporters have tried to dodge, so please be a man and answer.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    I note your allegations of violence towards your self imposed monitors, little if any real evidence of this? The public associate antis with violence and animal rights terror, your cause is broken so please when coming out with your clap trap note no one is interested in your version fo events anymore, the recent National Trust vote showed you are now on the margins, monitors heading towards the courts, the police will have to start protecting people you harass in your last gasp of the ban!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    You advocate breaking the law to further your narrown agenda, hence to do what you have stated you will commit at least section 5 public order offences, also antis killed a hunt supporter in 2009, the girocopter was being used to monitor hunts in the Midlands so your claim of no crime/violence is like your argument against hunting complete bollocks! Hows the soap sales going at Lush? Have your rabble reduced their profits like LACS donations, stinky antis and Lush marketing disaster!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Confused as ever these antis, souble standards where they state no one breaks the law but they should to try and as we have seen failed to prove a point in court, also they should not be prosecuted as they think their cause is good, yet hunts should always be prosecuted, no wonder Labour ended up with a dogs dinner of a hunting ban with advice from these no hopers. Stick to the path keep your supporters on a lead antis

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Interesting here is another anti hunt supporter where having a failed law is not enough, they actually want violence and injury aimed at those who hunt and support hunting! Mixed up, washed out and confused at best, your law is going and the British public will not wish to return to a left leaning waste of time subject in our lifetime after suffering yet another bankrupt nation under the people who brough us the ban. Best advice is keep your antis on a lead and stick to the public paths

  • @Myles0Harcourt
    @Myles0Harcourt 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    By monitoring hunts we commit no crimes. If you are breaking the law then it is every citizen's duty to ensure that justice is done. We do use tactics that would be illegal in town. You trespass on other people's land, which would attract immediate arrest in a town.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Yes but we have decided that you are our special leftie now!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    How often do hounds and the hunt go into land without permission, if this was the case the 'cyborg video equipped' antis would be displaying this footage all over the place, the facts are a small group of borderline terrorists are running amok around the countryside trying to defend a failed law with tactics that would attract immediate arrest and prosecution if they were used on the general public in towns. Hunts have been tolerant but come repeal the antis need a short sharp shock from the law

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

  • @Myles0Harcourt

    So was burning witches a "Tradition". If you didn't enjoy hunting you wouldn't do it, but if you shoot them it's more humane.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    update - a small band of professional animal rights activists, employed by LACS & IFAW to collect evidence of illegal hunting since the Act came into force They have spent thousands of hours filming dozens of hunts yet the end result is negligible. 40,000 days hunting since February 2005 and less than a handful of convictions. During that time however dozens of huntsman have had to answer pointless, vindictive allegations and thousands of hours of police time have been wasted. Repeal is certain

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    prosecution against a Huntsman of Ullswater Foxhounds collapsed today at Penrith Magistrates Court. The Judge accepted there was no case to answer.animal rights organisations had filmed Mr Harrison hunting in November 2008. The prosecution claimed that he was illegally pursuing foxes, but District Judge Chalk ruled that there was no evidence that he had pursued an "identifiable mammal at any stage" Police time, court time and taxpayers money has been wasted on this pointless case. Repeal Now

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    I am far brighter than you, accept it, becuase if you had a brain you would have checked what I stated and found it correct, your mantra is all hunters bad, all hunters yobs, all hunters dumb, all antis bright, smart, well behaved and wronged by hunters, antis always right, well guess what you are small in number, broke and the public frankly will not notice you with better things to think about. I do not need to cross your land thankyou I have lot of my own. Respect, please you make me laugh

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    The reality is the QC opinion is in the public domain as it was published some months ago, surprised you have not seen it? By amending the hunting act it would be the same as repeal for hunting, less time consuming, and also licensing or other structures could be put in place to manage/protect hunting with the same pen stroke, all with no need to place before the House again. Now revert back to your abusive mantras, while I enjoy a superb active friendly weekend in the countryside

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Everyone's an idiot unless they agree with you has failed to win the argument to date, try growing up perhaps and accepting people might know something you do not, I am well aware of how a minister can or cannot act, the ALF and friends are not the model to promote democracy!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    solid ground with this with the backing of a leading QC/Law Lord, grow up and accept some people have different views and perhaps a higher level of intelligence? Based on facts! The hunting act does not need to go back before parliament, hunting with hounds can be made legal with insertion of a few words in the present legislation, perhaps if you actually knew something about the law and the act you would look slightly less ridiculous than you do now, now revert to your usual clap trap perhaps?

  • @Foxinparliament
    @Foxinparliament 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    I regret you have been given enough airtime here already, I shall take great pleasure in coming back to you when your law is removed from our society, until then we can watch and wait!

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    save the fox kill the hunters with the not so magnificent men in their flying machines might not play so well with the public, who would rather this issue went away after the law is changed as they have more pressing needs to spend their time on and they will not settle for you lot wasting huge amounts of police time with your protests, its all downhill for you lot from here, not sure the antis even have the funds to mount a challenge to any change these days, just a few die hards left carping?

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    you know the score? Having discussed your point with Surrey police they inform me they attend the hunt events to monitor antis to get video footage of them, because they are often also involved with other animal rights activity. I'm sure you have worked hard to have hunting people convicted having seen antis goading people to the extreme. However, I would remind you as you ignored it antis have killed someone recently. The law will be changed by a Minister in a pen stroke 2010/11

  • @Foxinparliament
    @Foxinparliament 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Adapting to License is not change it's just a PR stunt to try and hide the animal cruelty that goes with hunting with dogs. It will not work and the public already see through it. Cameron will not get hunting back that way. As for violence by hunters, I do not have to prove it because there are endless court records of violence and convictions by those who hunt and support it. I have had people associated with the Surrey Union convicted, so I know the score.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Democracy? So did you ask the people if 700hrs of MPs time on fox hunting was what they wanted or a debate on the Iraq war perhaps, if you want to go down that route you might find your percentages of support slip a bit! The public certainly don't support sabs and their behaviour, the antis have been steadily losing support which is reflected in the fact your organisations are broke and it might be the case that the League Aginst cruel sports enters the books of history soon?

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    The press pro hunt? Please where did that come from? Criminal activity, what like anti's killing someone while being selp appointed monitors? More prosecutions? The law has been pushed into a corner it cannot get out of, few if any will face prosecution under the hunt ban now, not sure where you have been living the last few years but I shall let you know when its time to come out and face the world again. Hunting has shown it can adapt, the antis are broke and rebels without a cause!

  • @Foxinparliament
    @Foxinparliament 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Just to add, the level of criminal behaviour by the hunting fraternity is a disgrace. Regular violence, assaults, GBH, ABH, Criminal damage, trespass, illegal trespass on the railways..has remained high throughout decades. It is a side the press may hide but the truth is out there and we will help people see that. The ban will stay, more prosecutions will happen and hunting will end up in the history books where it belongs.

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    cameron fading fast, hence the civil service even think he will have a majority of 126 at the next election, make a note of it! The Surrey union turned 1000+ people out on boxing day, the antis turned up late all 6 of them around lunchtime probably been up late burning someone car or breaking into a lab somewhere perhaps? The reality is no matter what white noise you lot present now this law is going south fast and come 2011 it will be a distant memory to the public and politicians

  • @Foxinparliament
    @Foxinparliament 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    All this is, is a complete disrespect for democracy and total ignorance. 75% of the nation, (roughly 44 million people) want the ban to stay that includes 72% of rural people. The Surrey Union has no respect for the public and cares nothing of the animal cruelty they inflict. Their attitudes sums up why nobody supports them outside of their tiny minority. The ban is here to stay and David Cameron is fading fast, so do not expect him to save the hunts as he is unlikely to ever be PM.

  • @Foxinparliament
    @Foxinparliament 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Nothing but a show of disrespect for democracy and total ignorance. 72% of rural people want the hunting ban to stay. Not that anyone connected to the Surrey Union or other hunts ever takes any notice of public opinion. The ban is here to stay, the only change will be to strengthened the law so more of you will be prosecuted if you break it. David Cameron is fading fast, the gloss has warn off and he could easily lose at the next election. Instead of such arrogance start respecting democracy.

    Most of the Anti-Hunt rabble aren't there to monitor the adherance of law, they're there for the adrenaline rush and the potential trouble. They don't care about the hunt or any of its issues. It's a similiar mentality to the morons who got giddy and smashed the bank up in London a couple of months back in the socialist march. The two aren't linked in anyway but attract the same mentality of "demonstrator" Would be such a shame if people trespassing were trampled by a horse or two....

  • @BlesamaSoul
    @BlesamaSoul 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    you forgot to mention EXPENSIVE before the stupid bit, but yes lets hope the next government can get rid of this silly law and then ensure the police investigate/arrest the antis causing trouble, no one would put up with their behaviour in urban areas wandering all over land at will, photographing people and appointing themselves as 'monitor', land owners/hunts must keep the complaints up as one big police operation should lift most of the anti hunt rabble that's left clinging onto a failed law
