This is the VOR 22 approach, TRW to the east required us to join at UPTOP from the south, then turn onto final. This is a Falcon 900B and the month is October, end of their rainy season...almost!

This is the VOR DME 02 approach being flown in a Falcon 900B during the late afternoon in July. 2011. Typical weather for this time of year and time of day. Showers develope in the afternoon. Clouds hang in over the mountains.

This looks really good! I remember my grandmother always making this. She took the recipe with her to the grave unfortunately. She always said "if you knew how I made it you wouldn't eat it. I believe her because when I would refrigerate the left over soup and take it out the next day there would literally be a half inch of hardened grease on the top. It sure tasted amazing though! I noticed that you have an Illinois shirt on. I'm not sure if you live there but I was raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. Whenever I am back I go to the Bohemian Crystal in Westmont for their Liver Dumpling soup. Its not as good as grandma's soup but it's all I can get. I'm not much of a cook but someday if I get really ambitious I may try making this. Thanks for posting it!

I went back to Austria a few years ago, to my mother's home town just west of Linz and my cousin, her friend and I ate Liver Dumpling Soup at a local Restaurant! It was the exact same recipe as what Mom used, I couldn't believe it, I demanded a double portion and paid them well! I would assume your "Czechi" Dumplings are similar Ya?

I ended up with lots of deer livers gifted to me ,,a bit stronger than beef but this looks like a great way to use .. I already tried a barbcue liver loaf that was great ..and even made some liver/cream cheese tamales ..all deer liver and free ---these crazy hunters just keep the meat and toss hearts and livers ,,I'll sure take em !!
