Yes, GOD Will allow bad things to happen to people or nations, in order to get them to Repent.Repent don't just mean to change your mind. It means to change your behavior also.John The Baptist, said Reoent and bring forth fruit that is worthy of Repentance. In other words, have evidence that you have truly Repented.GOD destroyed the people in the days of Noah.But first HE Tried to get them to Repent.
