I'm disappointed. As someone who makes railroad videos, you don't seem to know much about trains. N&W 1776 is an SD-45, not a GP-7. A 2-8-0 wheel arrangement is a consolidation, a Mastodon is a 4-8-0. If you were there in 2001, then the J was there, under shelter. The first part of the pavilion (where 1218 now sits) was built in the 1990's specifically for the 611. The second half, which covers the next two tracks was completed in 2003 to house the 1218.

Too bad they didn't keep those engines. Why did they get rid of them? Weren't they recently rebuilt for this service?
