Well done. Thoroughly engaging and very realistic. Only criticism would be the English accents for the P51 pilots and the Mosquito pilots looked like mice!
Glad you enjoyed it. So this was actually a mission flown by us for fun, I just made it into a video afterwards, hence the English accents. We're not voice actors by any means! I can't do anything about the mossie pilots, that's what they look like in DCS!
Yes, I watched "633 Squadron" when it came out, as a boy. too. That piece of music composition, borrowed from "The Battle of Britain" movie, still thrills me. Tho' I was the Asst. Shop Chief of The Weapons Control Systems Calibration Dock, 35th AMS, 35th TFWg, George AFB, CA 1977 - 1980, I grew up in a cosmos of WW2 kit aircraft, Testors' paints and glue, and wet transfer decals!!

New to dcs day two for me! Loved this short film! Great plane and great video!!!!!
The Canadian INTRUDER squadron group 418 RCAF in WWII was the highest-scoring Canadian Squadron of World War II. It flew Intruder missions deep into Germany, Poland and Denmark to attack aircraft and airfields hundreds of miles behind the front lines.

We play a game called Mustangs & Messershmitts that uses 1/72 scale aircraft Currently we are working on no. 315 squadron RAF.. they escorted the mosquitoes on the Arhaus raid in October 1944.. your videos are very inspirational and we will be building at least six mosquitoes for the raid after we get our Mustangs done, of course 😉 There is some videos of the game on my channel. Enjoy.

Just getting back in to dcs after a yearish break, and I've been playing the server constantly. I do love warbirds. Just wish there were more in dcs. They wouldn't even need to be flyable. They could be ai for all I care. There just isn't what I'd consider to be the minimum for a ww2 sim. It's still the best there is and the only one I play though.
That video literally just cost me a plane, an asset pack and a map.
That was a great piece of work, the only thing I can add regarding authenticity is the approach over the channel would have probably been low level to avoid early radar detection and coastal anti aircraft fire.👍
The 633 sqn music, the battle of britain references, the action scenes etc etc, this has it all! Well bloody done!

Deserves far more views. That shot of the Mosquitoes going in for the bombing run over the river gave me goosebumps. Its always so impressive to me when you can really convey the speed of these aircraft. I work at a museum where we are restoring three Mosquitoes and this makes me very happy haha

Get together with some friends and fly 🙂. It’s that simple. There are plenty of DCS communities around. I recommend 4YA. They have a discord and everyone is very friendly.

Back in the SoW days there was talks about allowing small amounts of F-4U for Royal Navy being allowed is that still the plan?
We will probably add a very limited number of Corsairs to a base in England. But we'll decide the details of this once the module comes out.
