Looks good making it this evening for the fam, one question where do you live that you could have your food out like that and get no freaking flys lol, cause down here in Houston tx omg I just start cooking and fly’s are around lol
Thank you for this video. Subscribed.
Thank you! I hope to get some new content posted soon.
I have the same cover
Awesome job.
I watched the first 2 minutes of this video until you said that you wouldn't let the viewers know how you made your marinade. Hello??? This is supposed to be a TH-cam video so people can learn how to do things. You named your video Chicken Sliders On The Blackstone Griddle, and then you don't let the viewers know exactly how you made them??? Seriously??? Unbelievable!
Is that the 22” grill you are using in this video?
It's actually the 28" griddle.
Wish you would have shown the inside of the steak .
Yeah, should have done that. I was shooting for medium rare, but it was probably closer to medium.
Thanks for the post!
Looks yummo! And you are a pro!
Thanks so much! Hoping to post some new content soon!
Looks delicious 🤤
Appreciate it!
🤤🤤
Good job, greetings from Belgium.
looks good :-) I'm taking this too make on our next camping trip
Awesome! It's one of my favorites!
This looks amazing! I’m a newbie at the Blackstone but going to try this recipe this week. Thanks for sharing!
Well done, getting a griddle soon!
How are you liking the griddle?
Ya gotta love the carbon flakes for extra seasoning.
Just adds to the flavor, my man....
How hot was the grill? What was the steak cooked to? Rare to well done? More details if you're going to cook for us. Thanks.
Hi Jim, the grill was approx. 450 on the side of the steak. Cooked to around medium. I'll try to give more details when I start putting out new material. Thanks for watching!
@@bigasbackyardbistro7185 yes show the doneness and juiciness of the steak next time. Take those potatoes off sooner. Good job though.
@@wadenakamura7995 Thanks, I appreciate the feedback!
Can’t wait to try this recipe
Thanks so much! It's an awesome burger.
What breed of dog is Sage?
Her mom is a full Golden Retriever....her dad we are not sure of. We are thinking a lab/pit mix.
What a beautiful yard!
Thanks man! It's still a work in progress but it's on the right path.
did not show the ingredients to the peanut sauce
It's in the video description. Thanks for watching!
Love making smash burgers! Good job! Try using mayo on your bun to toast. Try using parchment paper instead of wax, and dont be afraid to smash even thinner!! Cheese immediately after flipping and you will be good to go! Bacon and onions is always a hit! Kraft american cheese... no need for anything thing else! ;)
Great presentation, made me hungry as I was watching. Can't wait to try it out for myself.
That looks delicious
Thanks so much!
Good job! Nice looking food!
I will use fettuccine noodle or ramen noodles since they tend to be a better surface to hold the sauce then spaghetti nooldes.
Good idea! Whatever works!
What type of steak did you use?
It is extra thinly sliced Top Round from Food Lion. Around $7 a pound where I'm at.
Looks awesome, Big A!
Good job. Nice presentation.
Thought you would have drizzled on some sesame at end with pepper ,great that you use the spaghetti bought some which was a bit thick now I know how to use it up .Bon appetite
Good idea! Thanks for watching!
Dope
I can smell the screen!!
Thanks for watching!
Hi dad
Looked good! Subbed! Dave in WV!
Thanks Dave!
Amazing, great video
looks good Brandon
Be right over Brandon
Then, after velvet the chicken, par boil for 30 seconds and take out the chicken. Then ready for stir fry!
Thanks for the tip!
Velvet the chicken.. I use baking soda and water, 25 mins. Tastes just like the restaurant. That is the Asian trick, everything else right on! Thanks for the video
Will try soon!
@@bigasbackyardbistro7185 soak in baking soda water combo, 25 mins, rinse off the meat with water, throw into hot water to blanch it for 30 seconds only. Then cook on flatop or wok. Thats all!!
I’ve never done them with onions... trying that this evening!
I’m sure they came out awesome!
Looks awesome. I'll definitely be trying this one
It's one of my favs for sure!
I just got a Blackstone Griddle a few months ago, and have enjoyed everything I have made on it so far. Been thinking about trying Shrimp next, and then your video magically appeared on my TH-cam page. Happy to find your channel, and I am a new subscriber. I might have to try a few of your recipes myself! Keep those videos coming!
Thanks bud! Glad you are enjoying the videos. I'm going to check yours out as well!
Awesome video bro keep them going 👍
Looks great Brandon
That looks great. I bet it would go over very well at a football tailgate!
You bet it would!
Looks amazing! I'll be making fried rice for the first time tomorrow on mine
Awesome! How'd it turn out?
@@bigasbackyardbistro7185 it was fantastic!
Way to go Brandon
