Yes resting is so important. I am a small business owner I own bassbabejewelry it's so easy to not take any time off. I found out last year I am Autistic so it's very important to take some time to rest so I don't get into burnout I didn't take any days off really last year lol. Luckily my business is my special interest but I'm so glad I'm taking more days off this year so I can keep improving my work and staying inspired to be creative with my jewelry 😌. But also my goal is to make jewelry for artists official merch so I'm not going to as many festivals this year so I can focus on my craft 🥰
