Just a guy, his Triumph Scrambler 400X, and a love for motorcycles. 🏍️ Honest reviews, cinematic rides, and the occasional sprinkle of humor-it's all here. No frills, just pure passion for two wheels and the open road. Subscribe if you're into motorcycles, adventures, and raw, real content from one rider to another. Let’s hit the throttle together!
my man KNOWS how to make a video. LOVE IT my G, I've been eyeing the Scrambler 400X for a very long time now so I keep drooling at the YT videos. This by far is the best video made on this bike. Also, if you're ever in Mumbai hit me up so we can shoot some cool stuff together. Cheers!
Narration same like anurag salgoankar. Love it.
@@bibhushanneupane1397 thats high praise. Thank you kindly!
What position is your rear suspension in? I find it a little hard midway at 5 . I'm trying to get it softer
@@666whippy set at 3. You need to also take your tyre pressure in account. If it’s too much, it can cause significant hardness.
I think the music volume was a wee bit low… maybe next time crank it up to 11
@@maxbelho you are right. I have tried to fix that in my latest videos. Would love your opinion on those ones too. Both camera and mic is upgraded too.
Great brother
Thank you kindly :)
Spectacles n helmet in foggy n nyt rides is big issue and especially with 400x headlight its a pain . What is ur solution for it ??
Unfortunately, not much can be done for us with specs. Just keep the visor open a little bit for better airflow, that will alleviate things a little. I wont recommend keeping visor fully open as bugs hitting your face at high speed can be super irritating, and painful. That said, you can fix the headlight issue by installing a good HJC or Maddog AUX lights. You can get it fitted as an approved accessory from the dealer itself. Costs 12-13k INR and is must for this bike.
Man I enjoyed watching this. Very nice bike. Watching from Philippines 🇵🇭
@@7ryjhn thanks man!!! Do check out my latest also :) Happy new year in advance.
Fantastic stuff as always. Happy New Year from Sweden! God bless!

Bro any Shim\tappet noise issue in your bike ?
@@akshaysingh6256 not really. Or the correct answer would be, not yet.
It's a chain tensioner noise. Get it changed under warranty. 50% scramblers have that issue.

Dude amazing narration
thank you :)
Bro can i get the mobile mount details ??, I have the same bike
Hey, it’s a standard bobo mount. Available in amazon too.
Great video man! Hope to see more of your work in future🫡
Thank you kind sir :)
Another brilliant video my friend! Living not far away from the polar circle, this time of the year I consume tons of motorbike-related content on TH-cam to compensate for the lack of riding, and your channel is quickly becoming my favorite place for those "feels like i'm riding myself-vibes". Top cinematography combined with interesting locations, observations and insights. Expecting great things for this channel, massive shout-out to you and Merry Christmas! Blessings from Sweden!
@@natanaelberntsson7487 that sounds very very chilly :) I am glad I can give you an escape of sorts to the warmer side. Thank you for watching my videos and your comments as well. Will pump in more content as I navigate newer locations. Happy holidays to you and yours :)
Hi, I have booked the Scrambler 400x today, as year end offer I am getting accessories worth 12.5K free, they are asking for a labour charge for fitting the same and I am fine with that, but when I see the fitting cost of the free accessories it is coming out to be 2k and they are charging 4k in total as fitting charges, just wanted to know do we have to pay the fitting cost of the standard accessories also that come with the bike like leg guard, sump guard, headlight grill etc, is the extra 2k for that ?
@@Mohit-wb5bp congratulations brother. Welcome to the triumph family. And yes the charges are genuine. And its good to get it fitted at the showroom, no warranty hassles later. If you want to save money, get the insurance from a different company. You will have cheaper options in acko etc.
@@weirdmanrides Yeah insurance I am buying from Acko, there is 7k difference between the dealership quote and Acko. I am going for PDI tomorrow and will be taking delivery in the first week of January since I wanted the vehicle to be registered in January 2025.
@@Mohit-wb5bpgreat! Please spend time with the motorcycle during PDI. And if possible, get AUX lights fitted from the showroom itself. The headlights are the worst in this motorcycle. You can’t use them at all at night. And if you are getting them installed, do the PDI after.
Can we get insurance from different company bcoz showroom guy told me I have to buy insurance from showroom itself if i buy from others there will be hassle and they don't cover each and every thing so is it right or he is just making it
@@pankajherkar8952 If you buy insurance from showroom people there are some advantages, like if you have a car and the side mirror broke and you have insurance from showroom people, they can fix it in insurance without surveyor checking the car, this way few things are pre approved for them by the insurance companies. I am buying from Acko for my bike since I am saving 7K, but yes if insurance has to be claimed in future I will have to do the whole process myself the service center people won't help. For my car I bought from showroom people, but in case of bike I feel it's ok to buy from outside. So if you don't want any hassle buy from them, or if the difference is huge you can buy from acko.
How is the headlight treating you?
What headlight? 😂 I got the AUX lights fitted the day i got the bike from the dealer. So yeah, not at all good :)
some audio strangeness going on. probably the noise reduction feature?
@@TheBlackSheepBoy correct. i think its the other mic in my riding pants. Maybe its too tight and is rubbing. Will fix it next time by hooking it up near the rear wheel above exhaust.
@@weirdmanrides If you're putting it near the exhaust, the "ded cat filter" has to be thick enough for the wind blast! looking forward to more vids tho!
FIRST!
Also subbed. really dig your format! Hope to see some pure sound vids of you riding through the river-like traffic over there!
if you have the budget, try out the tascam/zoom recorder in backpack technique to capture engine audio so you free up your mic for your voice!
Regarding the river like traffic rides, ive got you! Soon. And i have the dji mic, i havent stuck it near the exhaust yet. I am trying to make a safer contraption to hold it. Thank you for your words of encouragement and support. Means a lot :)
My height is 5.10 and I decided to buy triumph scrambler 400x which costs 3.45 onroad in Bangalore and now triumph has reduced the price of t4 to 2.64 on road. Now i got confused its nearly 1 lakh difference and I'm not hardcore rider. I ride bikes only on weekends and live in tire 3 city. Now is it good to buy t4 or scrambler which one to choose which is the best and vfm bike? Which bike you will be recommending? Price is not an issue
@@m.s.v2794 T4 is the way to go my friend. T4’s tuning is much smoother than the high revving scrambler’s. Although the engines are practically the same, you will not feel much vibrations and T4 is way better in navigating through congestion and traffic. And the added bonus, it looks damn nice :) If you are not big about going offroad riding, just stick to T4.
@weirdmanrides thanks a lot brother for your detailed advice 🙏🙌👍
Well Done! 👍
Good job sir
Which one to select between scrambler 400x and honda cb350 (classic model ) , purpose is to have one bike for all purpose., mostly city and highway rides ..plz suggest ,my height 5.6
@@mr.h8516 hands down cb350. Scrambler 400x is a tall bike and in bumper to bumper traffic you will find is extremely uneasy to manoeuvre. Cb350 is a great road bike and handles well. And is much more planted than the scrambler on highways. Hope this helps

Pls stop using those aux lights when youre riding in the city. Youre just dazzling the traffic and doing no favour.
@@puruwadodkar5626 I would love to. However, i generally dont use them in inside roads. Only when I dont see oncoming traffic. Also, the headlights on the scrambler is non existent. Its really really bad, can’t see anything beyond 5m. But to be a good samaritan, i have manually pushed my aux lights down, towards the road so that I don’t create a nuisance for people ahead of me.
@ Hahaha been there! I own a speed 400 myself and I know the headlight is upto no good. I’ve put on a habit to turn the aux lights off as soon as I see traffic coming my way or in front of me and then I turn them back on once I pass them. Honestly that’s how it should work on the roads at night. Anyway, just trying to spread awareness as I know how much of a pain in the ass the highbeams can be upto an extent where they actually make you go blind for a sec. th-cam.com/video/-S4NOSk6Pog/w-d-xo.htmlsi=RuX-zKsvrjdKiYg5 This explains it the best!
@ absolutely, 100% with you on this.
Great video, Man! Loved it.
Appreciate it!
what a video. loved it
Oh my... it's a scrambler. It's not a trail bike. It is not made for jumping. It sits between a road bike and a trail bike. Scramblers are the precursors of the trail bikes. It was idealized for riding in gravel and dirt roads, it was not made for hardcore offroad. When you say it doesn't handle jumps well, you are saying the obvious. And it is not a questionable suspension. Again, it's a scrambler, not a Trail bike.
Agreed 100%, stating the obvious but stating it nevertheless for those who are opting this for hardcore offroading(yes, there are people like that here since Scramblers are a relatively new segment in India).
Hey, Weirdo (sorry, couldn't avoid 😅), then I must say I'm sorry. Cause the way I understood, it seemed to me that you were blaming on Triumph as if the bike was crappy, based on a mis-categorization of it. Again, sorry. I get pissed with all the comparisons that put Scrambler 400X and Himalayan 450 side by side since they belong to different categories having different purposes. I understand the comparison based on a similar engine data and price. But that is not ideal since by itself comparing them makes people think they are somewhat similar. Well, that's it. Have a good one!
@@gaspar9750 :) No problem. And agreed, it is very frustrating. Hardly an apple to apple comparison. The only common factor between these bikes, intentionally, are two wheels and a handlebar powered by a single cylinder engine.
I have always had heavy custom bikes I am old now just bought a Scran 400' love it

Hi from argentina. Excelent video. What about cruising at 130?
Hi there! thank you and yes, you can cruise at 130. But expect significant vibrations. It kicks in at about 120kmph. You can use an aftermarket handlebar vibration dampener, might help.
