My passion for cooking started around aged 8 baking different types of cakes at home using mums’ collection of recipes written down from books and cut-out’s of magazines.
As far as I was concerned at the time, this was THE definitive collection of incredible recipes! I was always fascinated by how perfectly the end product turned out.
