By the time you talked about your Top 5, I predicted Mario Kart 8 as #5, DS as #4, Double Dash as #3, 7 as #2, and Wii as #1. I was surprised to see 7 rank higher than Wii, but your explanation was good. Can't wait to see your Star Cup ratings!

I agree with most of this list, but I do have some different opinions: I would put Mario Kart 64 in 5th and lower the score on every one of it's tracks. Luigi's Mansion and Baby Park should also have much lower scores.
Asides from Shy Guy Bazaar, I’d say MK7’s Mushroom Cup is the weakest of all the eight games. Toad’s Circuit is only marginally better than WII Luigi Circuit, Daisy Hills is alright I guess and Cheep Cheep Lagoon is easily the most forgettable nitro course in Mario Kart history.

I think you've misunderstood the point of the Mushroom Cup with some of these rankings. It's not meant to be this absolutely bonkers cup with the most out there and/or experimental tracks. It's the Tutorial Cup. Even the most gimmicky track in a Mushroom should be tame compared to every other Cup.

Really cool to see a Mushcup ranking where Wii's isn't #1. N64 definitely has an underrated selection, and is probably its game's most consistent cup! You earned yourself a sub! Can't wait for more rankings like this

Interesting fact about Mario Kart is that Yoshi's Island in Tour was the first Yoshi-based nitro track since Yoshi Falls in DS. I specified "Nitro Track" as Yoshi Falls was in Wii as a retro track, so any critics: please stop typing your "Umm, Actually" comments unless they're polite or contain helpful advice. Thank you.
