We were there in its heyday during the 1990s. It now seems a shell of what it used to be. So few people; so little energy. No show in the sky. I saw no table games where they used to be. I hope they can make a comeback.

Love that casino bc it's a "hole in the wall". The thing i enjoy the most is since it's small it doesn't take long for the waitress to come back around. Only negative is they allow the bums to enter and beg customers.

Glad to see they are finally putting some work into it. We use to go to the Rio all the time. We would have family join us. It was nice when they had the shuttle bus that would take you to the strip. It was quite a dangerous walk, I all most got ran over twice near the freeway on ramp. May have to give them another chance. The last time we were there the rooms were disgusting. Furniture and carpet badly stained. Furniture broken, headboard with grease stains on it, it was GROSS!
