Hi chaitra I have a question. For you I have brought a tiny paint brush for hobby model use from a hobby store it is a 15/0 size tip and when I try to use the brush to paint very tiny detail parts the brush tiny it’s not straight but bent in different ways I dip the brush in testors paint and it so bad shall do that you did in the video to restore it so bad I hardly used it and I put it in thinner to clean the brush from the paint
Yes, you can try this method to restore your paint brush. if you are using it for other than oil paint, after this method please wash the brush with mild soap before using and do not leave your brush in the thinner for long, it will ruin the bristles.
Does it have to be w/ beeswax? I have what I am assuming is Soy candles that are tunneled, and I wanted to try making another wick for that. Could I just do what u did here but w/ the existing candle wax?
Not necessary it has to be only beeswax. You can use other wax too like soy wax / paraffin / palm wax. You can follow the same method & make wicks with these too.

I thought wicks had to treated with salt or borax to stop them burning out to fast!
I haven't treated the wicks with anything. it is burning normal.
Thank you so much.. Please for the oil part .. I don’t have any of the oil mentioned in the video.. I have sunflower cooking oil …is it ok to use it ?? Also after this step how long do I have to wait to use the brush and do I have to wash the oil off before using?
My pleasure 😊 I haven't used sun flower oil. But I think you can use, as that is to make the bristles softer & any oil should do the work. After that step rest it for around one hour & then yes, you need to wash the brush using a mild shampoo or soap.

Hi thank you for the video tutorial. but After the painting is finished [ ( still wet) / dried ] , should I remove the canvas keys ? I need to gift it or hang it but don’t know if I need to remove the canvas keys prior.
No Daisy, you should not remove the canvas keys. Since we are using the canvas keys to tighten the canvas if it is loose or slack, removing it will end up making it slack again.

No Noorul, you should not remove it. As we are using it to tighten the canvas if you remove, canvas will become loose. So insert the canvas keys only when the canvas is loose or slack.

No, you don't need to insert them if the canvas is firm, tight & wrinkle free. But preserve the canvas keys for later use. Many times canvas will become loose due to environmental conditions or some other reasons, then you can use those keys.

How to remove the oil from the brush 🙄🙄🙄how will it work...other than for oil paints
Dipping in oil makes the bristles more softer. If you want to use the brush for other paints, then you can skip this part. Just wash the brush gently after resting it for 4 hours 😊 Another way is after dipping in the oil, rest the brush for 1 hour then wash it with a mild shampoo or soap to take off the oil. Hope this helps 😊
