Hi, I have been finding it impossible to put a claim in for the cashback. The website does not render well on IE11, Chrome build 47. The biggest problems are the drop down boxes. All they show is select a ... I am about at the point to say: forget about the whole thing! This video has more than 400 views so there are a lot of people in the same situation. How do we get Canon to pay attention to this? Any ideas?

Maybe the software is better since BonaventureHope's problems but I have had no problem with WiFi printing from either WinXP, Win7, Win8, or Ubuntu Linux 14.04. Recommend the SetIP utility @ www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/ML-2955DW/XAA for setting a static IP address. Comment: This kind of setup requires basic understanding of networking just as replacing a washer in a leaky faucet requires basic understanding of plumbing. I suspect that users who have had trouble expect too much of plug 'n play installation
