Our beaches have been really contaminated for years, it looks green or brown with yellow or green scum, it's really nasty. It was not like that a decade or longer ago. The pollution is horrible!

Really enjoy watching this. So calm, no crowds. Even though the waves are pretty small, I like the vibe and simple pleasure of it all. The challenge, IMO, is the wait and patience to catch that surprise peak or two or three that make the wait worth it all while still catching plenty of short, pleasant waste high sets. Not to mention the beautiful day out there, the paddle out looks very relaxing and blissful. (I miss surfing. Haven't done it in about five years. I need to be out in the water.) Thank you for posting this.

The stupidity of this "chase" is outstanding !! The cops had the opportunity to run this guy down and end the pursuit , and the let him walk away . Whare I live the cops would have him in cuffs before he got close to the water .
