    On the question of amending/changing the activity description (19:30 mark) - once saved you can't edit the existing description. However, you can use the "Append" feature to do this. However, currently the added information can't be viewed without actually opening the activity.

    I am impressed with your CRM portal. Don't you have standalone and at the same time we are looking for kind of software were clients are able to print certificate of insurance after payment in the comfort of their home. Is that possible?

    If your agency is at all concerned about DATA SECURITY & CLIENT PRIVACY, PLEASE READ-ON. If not, go ahead and let InsuredMine into your agency management system. InsuredMine has NOT "partnered", nor "integrated" with ANY independent insurance agency management system. Please don't be fooled. InsuredMine dupe you into giving up your agency's admin user and password credentials because agency principals are told by InsuredMine that they "partner" with agency management systems. They don't - ask your agency management system. Once InsuredMine have the "keys" to your agency management system they go right through the "front door". They can go anywhere and access any data in your system - even the PII data. If anything happens to your data, it's all on your agency re: E&O. There are more legitimate ways and more honest vendors that will access your AMS data the right way. For fun, read InsuredMine's Terms & Conditions, specifically where they flat-out say they can "sell" your agency's client data - Lead generators would LOVE to have that data. Make sure you CAREFULLY READ the contract that InsuredMine wants your agency to sign, particularly the part where you CANNOT divulge any of the ways in which InsuredMine "works" with your agency. The reason InsuredMine wants "confidentiality" is because they don't want your agency management system to know that you allowed UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEM. Granting InsuredMine unauthorized access into your agency management system violates all agency management system vendor Terms of Service. These guys are the sketchy side of InsurTech!

      John, Thank you for all your deep interest (Good or bad, time will tell) in InsuredMine. First of all, let me outrightly REFUTE all your claims and assure to all our current and potential customers that InsuredMine takes the utmost care when it comes to DATA SECURITY & CLIENT PRIVACY. I refute your claims and will reference our service agreement with our customers to show how wrong and baseless your comments are. You have created multiple test accounts on our system, refused several attempts by our Customer Success Team to learn about you and your needs and have demonstrated through your activity in the test accounts that you are most likely a competitor trying to learn “the secret sauce” behind our success with independent agents. You have made several baseless accusations in your comment without a deeper understanding of the product and its operations. But I want to use this opportunity to respond to you and other critics (if any) on our transparent approach. I will dismiss each of your baseless comments one by one. Let me first talk about DATA SECURITY: Why and how we ensure it is in safe hands! 1. All our customers’ data is encrypted end to end, even during the transition between our internal applications and databases. 2. We pay significant attention to ensuring security for infrastructure, access management as well as monitoring and logging for spot issues before they impact the business and allows us to improve security posture, and reduce the risk profile, of our environment. (classic example: you were blocked - more to follow later) 3. All our data is hosted via distributed servers in AWS and we follow strict compliance for data management and data security. Now let's talk about CLIENT PRIVACY: As our position is very clear and it is on record for clients and industry. We DON’T own client’s data (none of it in any form or shape) and have no commercial interest in selling them to 3rd party. Our focus is to help Independent Agencies to accelerate their growth leveraging technology that we are here to offer and we are working very hard every day to innovate and make those technologies simple and smart for Agency usage. Data Rights are very clearly articulated in our service agreement in the CONFIDENTIALITY; PROPRIETARY RIGHTS section: “Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data, as well as any data that is based on or derived from the Customer Data and provided to Customer as part of the Services.”. Hope that makes our position clear and your accusation baseless about client privacy! InsuredMine believes in a long term strategy and would not indulge in anything that in the short term will jeopardize its positioning. We have never claimed that we have ANY partnership with any Agency Management System. However, there are few management systems based on open API that is easy to integrate and connects data easily. For other management systems, it is rather cumbersome but we are able to serve clients with almost any Agency Management System. In fact, we have clients with no management system and they use InsuredMine for all their Agency operations need. However, we do say we access, pull or request client to share their data (especially BOB and Contact info tables) from Agency Management system which is a very common activity in the industry and we are not the only one and it is a very transparent approach of doing business as long as we all are covered by good agreement, which we certainly do. Our CEO speaks at several national forums around the year, across the country and interacts with almost all Agency Management System leaders and our position is not hidden from any of them. They all see us as a part of the ecosystem and value add to clients and our solution is very well appreciated on several forums just for our transparent approach. Your claim on unauthorized access has no basis here. Matter of fact, InsuredMine is working with several management systems on data integration that will not only allow us to get data from their Management System via API but also allow us the capability to write data back to Agency Management System. Also so much of your energy and focus on data access from management system but that is just a very small fraction of what InsuredMine does...(which means you don't even understand what InsuredMine does). Our CRM and Deal board is a pure sales tool that has nothing to do with management data rather it makes management data richer, our engagement module uses contact info email - which we can get a simple excel download from our client (not connecting with management system will not be a show stopper). Your question on data exposure is also silly as you don't know about our insurance coverage for us and for our clients. If/when any data breach takes place due to our system, as mentioned in our agreement, that it will be covered by E&O on our end ...” ongoing obligation to maintain Errors and Omissions insurance coverage to cover any indemnification obligations contained within this contract. “ There are multiple Terms and Conditions documents on our site (for different customer types) one of which is for independent app users. It is only for those insured (policyholder) downloading our app who are not associated with any of our current agencies. InsuredMine is providing them free Policy Wallet App as these users become potential leads for our Agency customers (and that is clearly mentioned in that T&C), and there is nothing wrong to offer those leads to our customers but that is not the focus of our business model at the moment. So you were trying to connect two dots with no relevance. Every business tries to protect its trade secrets and so do we, there is nothing wrong in it but that does not mean we don’t share with our customer how and what is happening under the hood. They are very well versed with our technology, services and support and all 5-star ratings, written and video testimonials are a reflection of the value we create for them and why they love what we are doing to help their agency. For sure you have made a lot of assumptions on what we want and why we want….wouldn’t it be nice for you to reach out to us for clarification before posting any such scathing, attacking comment unless you are motivated. Last but not the least - few words about YOU - another reflection of our robust system is that we are well aware that you (JOHN) tried to sign up and do all kinds of system exploration and tried to connect with several Management System and when you could not be validated as a person and after multiple attempts to connect to understand your use case by our team we blocked you and a few days later we have this comment here…your ID John Redbug is fake. We don’t even know if you are someone planted by our competition or a true well-wisher for the Independent Insurance Agent community who is trying to represent their concern (if the latter is the case, we are all here to respond to any concerns) otherwise, please stop lecturing us on how we need to be transparent (when we have proved all along - our creditability and transparency) whereas you create FAKE account to test, FAKE numbers to call and FAKE TH-cam ID to comment. Mr. FAKE John - Jury is out who is to be trusted!
