Pastor John Kress revisited his previous sermon on the fear of hell as an evangelism tool to answer questions that had been asked.

Deacon Rob Gaskell led the dedication of the 38 Operation Christmas Child boxes assembled and given by the church family.

As Samuel gives his final speech before the nation of Israel, he calls them to stand and take notice of all that God has done for them, and thereby they should remain true to Him. Do we take count of what God has done or do we take all the blessings for granted?

While Hell is real and should be taught, Pastor John Kress shows that using the "fear of hell" is unbiblical and a poor strategy in winning people to the love of God found in Jesus Christ.

Don & Holly Wilhide read Romans 2:4-5 and Luke 16:22-31. As Don & Holly and their kids prepare for a temporary move, the deacons prayed over the family. Darlene Rake shared with the kids how we can shine for Jesus when we use all the "batteries."

Pastor John Kress reads of Saul's first military victory after being made king. Instead of listening to the mob, he forgave the "neigh-sayers" and gave God the glory for the victory.

Pastor John Kress dealt with the centrality of the stewardship of the gospel regarding everything else. If we are not being stewards of the gospel which in turn is stewarding us, then we are going out in our own power and will fail. Only when we are fanning the flame of the gospel in our lives can we truly be all God wants of us.
