LOL, you were up! You literally crashed on the easiest part.
What year is your Yz125X? did you add a flywheel weight or just kept it stock?
@@paipailoa 2020 11oz flywheel everything else is stock
@@SingletrackGoons Nice!! I just picked up 2023 yz125x guess I'll be ordering a flywheel weight now! lol
Rough trail. Looks fun though! 🤘
Is that Canterbury?

Man I wish I had places like this near me. They’re all ate up by sxs just big rocks no dirt left at all.
Damn that's a technical trail, Crazy!

What tires are you running?

What camera are you running? Looking for a new one.
@@w_rnz the GP 11 black
Where do you mount it mate? Chest?
@@williamknagg chin mounted
@@SingletrackGoons thanks bought one, thing is nice!
honestly hands down one of the best woods ride video I've seen all year and I would say you should try doing it again on a pit bike because those things can go anywhere
Getting me fired up here, counting down the days till my new pinger gets here.
@@w_rnz looking forward to it 🎉🤙
Place looks incredible to ride!
Revelstoke nice
Where is this?

Boy those elevation changes are for real. Going up must beat that clutch. Have you had to replace the clutch plates on the bike? Getting into late September, when does the first snow start hitting some of those heights?
@@easternyellowjacket276 I haven’t replaced them yet, I’ll pull the plates out this winter and measure the but I’ll probably end up replacing them I want to inspect the clutch basket and have to change the shift shaft wile I’m in there .
@@easternyellowjacket276 first snow up there could be real soon Idk what this winter has In Store 🤷♂️. That is the hope nickel mine area
This is gnar, do yourself a favor, get a gummy tire
@@brandonvaccaro2960 I have a 505 cheater on at the moment, I want to get as much life out of it as possible before I change to the 525 cheater in my garage. I figure I have a couple rides left on it , I just need better clutch control. Thanks for watching and commenting 🤙
I sure enjoy Pit videos. Thanks for posting
Dunlop AT81EX for the win!
and i thought my 2000 kx250 was hard to ride on these kinds of trails! massive props for doing it on a 125
@@averycaron5462 thanks Avery much appreciated 🤙
We all have days like this. Don’t know that I’d take those trails on if I was feeling that off. Stick to something easier, get the seat time in, build confidence and avoid an injury or costly bike’s damage. Also, you’re doing this on hard mode on that bike. Square peg in a round hole for McNutt. You’d have a much easier time on a purpose built bike. Go back to my first few videos. I was riding a Honda CRF 250R and I was STRUGGLING. Thought Pristine was the most insane trail I’d ever seen. Changed to a 300 XC and it was a cake walk and my riding took off.
@@coastalenduro Thanks man I’d love to have the cheat code that is a KTM / Husky but that is not in the cards right now so I will make do with what I have for now . Thanks for your support 🤙
There a deer 4:40
@@linaliu9173 ya nice looking young buck ..I had a nice little chat with it lol
@@SingletrackGoons did you ask his number ? Ask to ride together next time
@@linaliu9173 ahhh hahaha 😂 no I didn’t but I know where he lives 😉
Some days just be like that. Good to see you keep chugging along. That phone pouch has got to go 😂
@@stanbarry thanks man ! Ya that pouch was garbage! She gone!😂
where is this at?
@@haydenauten285 blue mountain / McNutt
That 125 sure makes you work for every inch on the trail
@@Poco_Dirt_Muppet that and l feel like l make it look harder then it is lol 😂
A for effort thats pretty tough riding there
That must of hurt a little
Just my suspension 😂
How did like this bike? Debating on this or 250x, east coast Nj trails and single track, pine barrens specifically a lot of sand
Id say the 250x for a lot of sand
Looks like an awesome place to ride
Nice, to be out there 😊
Mindblowing rock🤯
Why so solo?
@@Poco_Dirt_Muppet I guess I don’t have a lot of riding buddies (2 to be exact)
The best bike ever made!
I’ve been off a dirt bikes for 20 years. My last bike was a 03 kx250. Also I only rode moto tracks but I want to get in the woods. The 125x is in the lead for my next purchase. My only question is do you want for more power on bigger hill climbs ? Cool vid , where are you riding at ? That’s actually 2 questions 😂.
@@knifenerd1776 great question I’ve only ever ridden the 125X so I can’t comment on your first question.. this is McNutt / blue mountain in British Columbia Thanks for watching
Very light on the gooning. New skill level is making everything look smooth
@@DeadEnduro don’t worry I went full goon on my last ride .. haven’t put the video together yet .
Just need "Just Out for a Rip" playing in the B/G. 😂
Damn all you guys and making it look so easy to ride standing going up hill. So freaking hard for me.
Just keep riding and Stand as much as you can to get used to it You have a lot less control when seated Take more breaks when your tired .. riding with jello arms can be pretty sketchy Ask me how I know lol 😂
Awesome terrain , where do you ride at ?
@@yz250xrider we are on the west coast of British Columbia at a little place called McNutt / blue mountain About an hour out of Vancouver
Buddy I ride with rides a KLX300r. Nice and soft for the woods, but a tank weight wise. He manages it quite well. I can't believe we are at the end of summer already. Seems like yesterday I was watching and it was April........Great riding by everyone. Always impressed what can be done on that 125x.
Ya that 300 has some grunt Ya spring and summer have come and gone…bring on the fall riding season 🙌
Fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍻
I live way over on the east coast of Canada. I Literally ride on rocks. I need to get out there lol fuck
Of course we call it luggin around.🔥🔥 the yz125x is a woods machine that can grunt around all chill and lazy and scream like its hair is on fire all in the same ride.
@@Randy_Cox that’s the answer I was looking for 🍻🤙
@@SingletrackGoons the reason I’m getting one
Great rippin dude. You get your skills sorted out and honed in on that yz and riding a 300 will feel like cheating.👍👍 Love watching and hearing 125s tearing it up.
@@Randy_Cox thanks Randy the skills are coming together slowly 🤙🍻
Looks like a blast. In the PNW? I’m thinking of getting a 125X as my back up bike here pretty soon.
@@MarnellAdventures yes PNW .. It’s a great bike . I don’t think you will regret it !
Good video, I'm surprised what you do with 125...by the way, what percentage of oil do you use for enduro use? Thanks friend and greetings from Spain.
@@pepemanolo390thanks pepe I mix at 40-1
Same, gonna be riding solo for a few more rides
Oh yes…if you ride…you’ve been there…loose so much energy on one hill…
