After a year and a half since I started, I've finally finished this video. I usually only do two or three simple drawings a year, and I've never posted anything on social media, so when I set out to make this video, inspired by Stormlyte's song Windrunner, I knew it would take a long time. What I didn't know was that when I was only a quarter of the way done, conjunctivitis would take away my sight for almost a whole year, and I still haven't fully recovered it. These past few months I've recovered enough to be able to draw in short sessions, improving little by little and being able to dedicate more time to it each time. It may sound silly, but the first ideal of the Knights Radiant is something I've had in mind for the past year and a half, and working on this video while my eyesight was progressing has helped me a lot. Now that I've finished it, I'm not sure how to feel. On the one hand, I'm happy, of course, but on the other, I feel like I'm leaving behind a companion who has helped me through a very bad time in my life. Tras un año y medio desde que empecé, por fin he terminado este video. Normalmente solo hago dos o tres dibujos sencillos al año, y nunca he publicado nada en redes, así que cuando me propuse llevar a cabo este video, inspirado por la canción Windrunner de Stormlyte, ya sabia que me llevaría mucho tiempo. Lo que no sabia es que cuando aun solo llevaba una cuarta parte hecha, una conjuntivitis me arrebataría la vista durante casi un año entero, y que de hecho aun no la he recuperado en su totalidad. Estos últimos meses me recuperé lo suficiente como para poder ir dibujando en sesiones cortas, mejorando poco a poco y pudiéndole dedicar mas tiempo cada vez.
Puede que parezca una tontería, pero el primer ideal de los caballeros radiantes es algo que he tenido presente este año y medio, y trabajar en este video a la vez que mi vista progresaba me ha ayudado mucho. Ahora que lo he terminado no estoy seguro de como sentirme. Por una parte contento, claro, pero por otra, siento que dejo atrás a un compañero que me ha ayudado en un muy mal momento de mi vida.
